We are very grateful to the staff of the Hotel Phoenix! We fled the war in Ukraine, hurried and couldn't find a place to spend the night, everything was booked. The administrator at the Hotel Roman advised us to contact them.. There was a free room, a beautiful neat room, a comfortable bed, quiet and cozy place. We had a good rest. And when we came to pay, they refused to take money from us because we are refugees. It was unexpected and very, very nice. Thank you for your support, friends! We will definitely be back to your hotel in peacetime. Tetyana.

The accommodation seemed nice, things were quite new inside. Onoy issues were regarding the mosquitos that kept us all night awake because the windows had no net and the hotel had a big lake in front. The shower was had some problems and the water was all over the bathroom.

The rooms are large and luxurious. The location is clean and welcoming. No receptionist was available for checking in so we had to wait for about 15 minutes. Even if I had this problem I recommend this location.

Very noisy music in the restaurant till midnight, breakfast only after 8, so they don't have my recommendation
