I
went
with
my
friend
for
the
Monday
class
at
7:30PM
with
Marina.
I
enjoyed
the
instructor's
flow
and
asanas.
The
3
stars
is
for
the
yoga
community
i
found
at
this
specific
class
-
not
sure
if
all
the
others
are
the
same.
When
i
go
to
a
yoga
class,
i
am
looking
for
yoga
as
meditative
practice
and
a
way
of
slowing
down,
going
inwards
and
focusing
on
my
own
flow.My
favorite
teacher
used
to
say
"It's
not
about
the
pose,
is
what
you
put
in
the
pose".
This
particular
class
felt
like
an
interactive
stretching/pillates
class,
where
participants
were
making
jokes,
making
fun
whenever
a
pose
was
a
bit
more
challening
and
overall
just
too
much
talking.
When
the
instructor
asked
me
how
it
was
for
me,
i
was
told
bluntly
"this
is
how
the
Monday
group
is,
they
are
a
little
spoiled
because
they
know
each
other".
Suddenly
i
felt
like
the
outsider
there
and
almost
felt
it
was
my
fault
i
came
on
the
wrong
day.
It
all
depends
what
are
you
looking
for,
if
interaction
and
socializing
is
what
you're
going
for,
then
the
Monday
class
will
be
great
for
you.
My
suggestion
would
be
to
let
people
know
what
are
the
guidelines
before
starting
the
class
:)
I
heard
very
good
things
about
Sambodhi
before,
i
will
not
be
going
back
-
i
appreciate
a
yoga
studio
that
knows
how
to
create
a
grounded
community
around
the
practice
of
yoga.
