I admit I had my doubts when I first sat down, opened the menu and someone left the paper from their straw in it. When I proceeded shake the menu to get it out, crumbs started falling out. One thing I don't like is a dirty menu. Since it was our 1st visit, I had to give the food a chance. Our was food was really good and the waitress, Katelyn, was excellent. Will try other dishes on our next visit.

Excellent, I don’t usually write a review unless I feel compelled to do as is the case today. This is the best dining experience from the taste, to the attention to detail, fresh ingredients. You will not regret it.

Everything was fabulous and tasty. The half & half soup is probably my new favorite, crab cake sandwich tasted amazing. The wings were *chefs kiss*. The Honey Walnut chicken sandwich was sweeter than I expected personally but was tasty overall. Everything came out quickly and our waiter was great as well.

First and foremost I would like to preference this review with the fact that I have been here on multiple occasions about 4-5 years ago. Went in on a Sunday evening for a nice little dinner after work. Idk if it was cause it was slow but the food was not up to par. My first dish was a serving of breadsticks which were as good as I remembered and even took some to go. Spoiler that was the only I took home. Next I had Honey Bay wings, which were also as I remembered. This is where things took a dive, I had ordered the cream of crab soup and it tasted very fuzzy. I asked for another plate and it was the same which leads to conclude that the crab used was most likely not fresh at all. Next I had the meatloaf with a side of Mac and cheese and sautéed Spinach. The Mac and cheese was divine but the Spinach was not. Also the meatloaf looked like it had been sitting out for a minute and did not taste like meat but like beyond meat. Lastly, I had the Rosemarie angel pasta and it came with mussels. The mussels were good. The pasta sauce was solid the problem lied with the facts that there was so many dried Rosemary leave in every bite, which made the paste almost unedible. Overall I was so disappointed that the food was not up the par that I have become accustomed to. I would not currently recommend this place at all. Highly disappointed 😞

This was a joyous occasion that mixed well with good food. Everything was fresh and hot. We had Laura and she was exceptional even brought us over a dessert display, it was wonderful. We will be back soon with the teenagers and see how it holds up then against their finicky selections lol.

Don’t go here if you want under cooked food and then them deny what they have done and don’t do anything else for it. They won’t give you your money they won’t write your name down and give you something to replace of it. They’re just ignorant and you’re wrong. And if you need a manager you’ll never get one because they seem to never have one there they can fix the problem and then if they don’t like you they just block your number. Please tell me if chicken is supposed to be pink! Next time I will go to the food truck up the street for better service and better food that’s actually all the way cooked! They don’t care about there customers!

Ate wonderful food. Sat in an elegant restaurant...but Ms Joely, my waitress, was the best part of this stop. She is engaging, welcoming, and her vast experience in customer service definitely shines bright! Am sure others here are just as professional, but I knpw first-hand, you won't be disappointed if you ask for Joely. My breakfast choice was the Rosario Omelet. I asked to substitute the cheddar cheese, with pepper jack, which was no problem for the cook. (He did a very nice job -see pics- and I made sure to tip him because his efforts were appreciated. Good man! Also want to mention Miko, who first greeted me, and chatted me up while seating me. He set the tone for the great service I was going to get from Joely, and the Cook. (thx Miko!) All considered, my belly and me left Rosario's really Satisfied. I would not hesitate, and would look forward, to return here next time I am in or near Baltimore! Thank You All ! Bob.

First time here, my best friend and I got an amaretto sour, strawberry daiquiri, Greek salad, NY strip steak w mash potatoes and corn and roasted Turkey w Mac and cheese and corn. Not shown is the strawberry cheesecake that was so good. We will be back

The restaurant has a very clean and welcoming atmosphere! The servers were very fast and friendly! I thought that the food was very well made and tasted delicious! Although if you’re not a fan of runny lasagna I would not recommend that specific dish.

My HUSBAND had the meatloaf. He didn’t like the gravy but ate it anyway. I had the flounder stuffed with crab. The flounder was not seasoned. The collard greens were tasty. The breadsticks could have used a few more minutes in the oven. I wish they had chives for my baked potato, but it was nice and soft. They were out of hot chocolate and the seafood lasagna. We definitely want to go back. There were a few items that we still want to try like the chicken Chesapeake.

Steak was very good, the fries were cold though, my hubby didn't enjoy the pizza so much but everything else was delicious like the sides of onion rings and Mac 'n cheese, the appetizers of bread and marinara sauce. I would come back again. The service was excellent!

1st time here. I was in love with the free warm breadsticks with marinara sauce 😋. I tried the lasagna and it came with choice of soup or salad. It was quite tasty. My date had the chicken marsala & it was delicious..I wish I had ordered that.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautiful, great for photos! The atmosphere was super cozy, and everything was clean and well-kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We must highlight how good the drinks were, and the desserts were absolutely TO DIE FOR

Had the Caribbean chicken pasta. Huge portion! The cream sauce was definitely creamy, so that’s a plus. This has some jerk spices, along with others, which was quite overpowering to my liking. I’m going to try the regular chicken alfredo next time. The garlic bread had no garlic taste at all. Just plain.

Went with a friend . Got to broiled stuffed shrimp with crabmeat and Mac and cheese with spinach. Enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommended. And late night hours.

I had the crab soup and it was tasty. The. I got the chicken Ceasar salad blackened and it was also very tasty. My server was a very sweet person but I drink a lot of water with my meal and she was really busy with tables so it did take a few extra minutes to get a refill.

Server was a great young woman personality was on point and made my family and I feel very comfortable. She was attentive and even had conversation with us aside from her work questions. I'd return just to know how pleasant our server was not to mention the wine and steak were great!!
