I was robbed at this hostel, no security (lockers in room) and far from the centre. When we first arrived, the vibe we got was 'homeless shelter'. It was definitely not travellers staying here. Once we got to the room we saw how dirty the bathroom was and alarming us was no locker facility. I spoke to the front desk about my concern and was dismissed. During my stay, I was robbed by another girl in my hostel room - most of my clothes taken and electronics. Once again, the hostel dismissed my concern about this. I felt so unsafe here.

The location sign is pointed to the wrong direction, very noisy until 2 o'clock in the morning, hot and no fan in the room. Free breakfast, good food, pay for dinner, open kitchen to cook, supermarket in the corner, staff are friendly, laundry and dryer. Only front desk staff speak English. Pretty bad hostel for the price. No WiFi in the rooms, you cant enter your own room from 11am to 3pm because they are apperantly being cleaned. Very noisy, no air conditiong which means you will die in the summer. The breakfast in just some Baguettes and cheese, or cereal, the check in tool forever and the rooms were mostly dirty. It was much larger than hotel rooms I've stayed in in Paris. There were two sockets in the room, which weren't very accessible, but with an EU plug and 3m cable they were fine to charge phones from. The doors were heavy (as in most hotels) and toilets were shared, meaning it could be loud with people moving about at night, however earplugs easily blocked the noise! Breakfast was included, which was a varied and fresh offering. There was also a well equipped guest kitchen with fridges. Guests can use the refectory for socialising and eating meals, there is also a games room/bar with entertainment. The location was in a residential area with good transport links, but also walkable to central Paris in under an hour through other residential neighbourhoods. On Saturdays most intersections had a food or flea market. Ideal for traveling on a budget.

To be honest we only spent one night here and came to sleep off the jet lag. However - special shout-out to Tony in reception because he gave exceptional service and was super helpful and kind to us. Thank you very much!

They have a light breakfast but good and their staff are really helpful and friendly, definitely I recommend !
