The portion of the food is smaller than I expected, especially the tacos which is about 70 percent lettuce which can be finished within 4 bites. The chips has their own seasoning which is pretty good. The drinks may be refillable, however, the taste is very different from the original taste.

Expectations/advertising versus reality. Flat, tiny burrito that tasted of nothing but bread/wrap with a hint of cheese. The chips were nice and the portions were huge, but I went to Taco Bell (first time ever too) for an epic burrito, not nice chips! Disappointed.

Pretty good selection and free refills

This was a fantastic restaurant to eat in at, where the meal deals are listed very clearly on a digital display at the till! I was served by some lovely staff, who customized my order when I asked for no tomato and also directed me to the drinks machine. My meal box was delicious and came at a value price of £5 for two tacos, chips, pop and cinnamon twists. The order receipt I was given came in handy, providing both a number for collection at the point and details of my order that would help if anything went wrong. I went to the machine had to fill up my cup with Pepsi Max Cherry, finding the text and layout to be very appropriate! The seating was comfortable and the tables are well-sized, also it is good that glass properly separates the kitchen from the dining area. Cleanliness was maintained throughout and the area is pleasant as a whole, having multiple windows and pictures.

The food was ok. Nothing bad with it - I'm glad I went and tried it but Taco Bell was not as interesting as the Americans make it sound. I had two tacos, a few bites of a quesadilla and some of the sharing tortillas. (Highly recommend the sharing stuff) It cost around £20 for three of us so I'm not sure what I was expecting for that price but I was left feeling slightly disappointed. The whole experience could be summed up with "Meh 🤷" The restaurant was clean and the staff were lovely. They have free charging points and a variety of seating choices (bar style seating, cafe type tables & soft, leather benches) If someone in my group really wanted to go to Taco Bell then I would go again but given the choice, I would go somewhere else. Sorry Taco Bell - you've done nothing wrong and I wish I could be more specific as to why I felt underwhelmed. Maybe it was that everything was wrapped in brown??? Idk

What a load of rubbish when you see the picture compared to what they serve its a joke atleast over 3 quarter salad less than a quarter meat probably an eigth

The lettuce/ meat differential was too high in favour of salad in the taco. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.... surpassed expectations, which can't be grumbled at.

The food was lovely and the service was friendly.

Gave food another chance past few times i've had it from here has been vile. Got my order today and there was barely any meat, food was freezing cold, drowned in sauce and just plain soggy. Basically inedible it went straight in the bin. I should of trusted my previous judgement the food has definitely not improved. Lost our custom that's for sure

Best Taco Bell In the city. The App needs to have an option to save your card details. Such a bore typing them all in every time.

Out of all chain places visited one the best food actually looks like pictures tastes good i found good value to most fast foodalthough over £ 3 . 50 for a bottled drink is steep stick to the dispensed. Visited my autistic son staff were really friendly and understanding with us always appreaciated.

Reliably good food In a convenient location for both the arena and Valley centretainment. With indoor and outdoor seating we've always found somewhere to sit even at their busiest times. I'd recommend the crispy chicken burrito meal for a good value and filling menu choice

Lovely tasty food and reasonably priced

Got a burrito which was filled with tomato mince meat tortilla chips and an abhorrent amount of salt. Couldn't eat it so awful. Chicken burrito slightly better but not tasty. Can't believe this franchise is big in America given how awful the food is.

Just been to Taco bell with my son, got to say its the most organised and cleanest I have seen the restaurant, the food was quick and the order was correct, I though the cheese sauce on the nachos was a bit low but they manager I think is Marcus sorted it straight away, this is how it should be run amd a good team behind the counter today even with a trainee on the till!!!!, well done all.

I absolutely enjoy the delicious foods of TacoBell. The best of all is the cravings box with tacos and churros. The delivery through JustEat or Deliveroo is costly though. They charge different price when you order online and that's different from the delivery fee and the service charge. But, the food is great.

Staff there are always super friendly and genuinely seem to care. Service is always really fast even when it’s busy. Food is the best of any Taco Bell. It’s consistently fresh and piping hot.

Food tastes nice. My Daughter prefers it here than Maccy's! Don't forget to ask for sachets of hot sauce they keep them behind the till..

My first taco bell experience, and regardless of the food, couldn't have been served by nicer, warmer or more pleasant people behind the counter. Truly a model fast food experience.

There used to be an elderly lady on the till so friendly and really enjoyed working there. The service is sooo quick. Inside it’s nice and clean. The value of the food is great and a good choice to choose from. Worth a stop.

First time I had taco bell was in California. And this tasted exactly the same could of easily been in America

Ironic as this place is apparently fast food as we were waiting nearly 20 minutes for our food. To top if off the chicken wasn't cooked properly in my partners quesadilla and she spent the night throwing up...Nice one.

I didn't really like being at this branch. First, there is a QR code that says scan to order on pavement but after multiple attempts, I could not scan it. I watched as multiple customers tried to scan it and everyone failed to scan it. Eventually, we decided to order inside. There was a long queue, which wasn't a problem as the even was quite lovely. However, the wait time for food was quite long. We waited over 20 minutes to get our food. Also the Taco Bell app just didn't want to work. I don't think I'll be coming back to another Taco Bell any time soon.

Excellent service by mature staff here 12pm 22/05/2021. I visited here with my son and we are so glad we did as the food served was outstanding and the staff here could not be more helpful and professional in how they delivered the sale to the moment we left with our food, Bravo other food chains to take note here !

Sadly there isn't a taco bell local to us at the Midlands, so when we were visiting the area we had to try and wow! Incredible food, very good taste and at a bargain price! Definitely recommend the lemon slush puppy!

Lovely helpful staff Great food

Very busy. A long wait for fast food. But can't be helped. Helpful staff, clean, good safety measures. Food was good, the fries were not as crispy and well seasoned as in the Northampton branch. I would have given it a 5 stars except for the fries and the wait. They were trying to fill delivery orders alongside the walk in customers.

Food was good no problem there, however the restaurant itself was looking in need of a tidy up. The wait time was quite long too. The most annoying thing is the constant flow of food delivery drivers all hanging around you as you eat, it would appear all these places are getting like this however. There should be a place they can wait that isn't always in the way or right inside the front door.

Just finished, visiting Sheffield and this place was the highlight of my trip. I can not applaud the staff more genuinely awesome staff and a wonderful environment. Food was quick and fantasic. May well come back just for the food.
