The assembly of the food is sloppy lately and also the bagging, sometimes I buy 3 boxes that come with a beverage, I might also purchase a few sides, I expect the boxes to be in a big bag along with the sides and the beverages in a holder. Well no, I get boxes, drinks and small bags with sides thrown at me....what do I look like, an octopus??? Get with it kids!

I paid $5 for fries and steak and i got this .... I'm so mad

They literally asked me what sauce I wanted just to not put any in the bag for 5 tacos and a quesadilla what sense does that make I was the only person in line!!!!!!

Always fresh. I need a Mexican Pizza!!!!!!! Ok got my Mexican pizza FINALLY!!!! And two days early on the app!!!! Ok, fast forward to the Mexican Pizza today...it was very sloppy and cut in awful uneven chunks so it fell apart.

This Taco Bell is busy for a reason and the food is really good. Everyone is so nice and they really listen to you. Please be nice and patient.

Worst customer service by employees & manager. They messed up my order couple times in take out, 1. Gave me someone else order. 2. Gave me half order. I had drive back from home (driving distance about 12 to15 min) to fix my order, all they do to make up for it …..Gives you a EXPIRED COUPON for 1 free soft taco. Which is useless.

Earlier this week, we were told they no longer sold an item [cheesy hashbrown brkft burrito] and ended being charged extra to customize to the item we wanted , go in again later in the same week and it was there no problem. But this time, when we finally got our food, there was not one- but 3 pieces of brown hair in my food. My hair is blue.

This is probably the best Taco Bell in Lake County. My order is always right, always fresh, usually a good wait time. The night shift in particular always stays on top of everything

This is the slowest taco bell I've ever been to and its consistent dont come here unless you have twenty minutes plus to give to the drive thru and the attitude from the staff is the cherry on top...don't forget to check the accuracy of your order before pulling off because I bet your missing an item or two.

Crazy bad, The girl at the drive thru window messed up our order twice and forgot one of our buddies meal on the second time, on the third attempt to get our order the girl just handed us a random bag with someone else’s order so we gave up. It was funny how pathetic it was😭

The food was good and the Customer service was awesome we order here every Saturday and we absolutely love it

We first tried their tacos on the promotion "Taco Tuesday". And my favorite one for now is with potatoes instead of beef! As for a vegetarian it is a really good dish that I never had before!) I'd like to try something new with their perfect potatoes! And another one that we love is the craving box! For 5 dollars there is a lot of food including tacos, cinnamon twists and a drink!

Service was polite, but absolutely terrible. Placed to separate orders at the same time and took 20 minutes to get the first order and then and 30 minutes to get the second order. At the time we were the only customers inside, but the drive thru line probably had 10 cars.

It's good for late night food though check your order before you drive off - they miss stuff a lot.

Drive through, food is never a let down but they forgot something in my order.... Went back and they gave it to me they are good ppl

The food is always fresh hot and good ppl that work here keep up the good work ps way better then the other Taco Bell’s in Kenosha and lake Zurich IL

The absolute best taco bell I've had in years. Entirely professional staff, quick service, and perfect food. Not even from here but I'll go out of my way to go to this one.

Always has been a good location! Today though, I would like to give a nice review to a young man who worked window today around 12pm. We ordered a regular Baja blast and a zero sugar one, and to have him specifically tell us which one was zero sugar means so much! Many places don’t even get that right, or some will just hand them over with no indication. This can be a life or death situation for a diabetic if they were given the wrong drink, so kudos to you young man!! Excellent service :)

I asked for extra beef and extra cheese in my crunchwrap they did not disappoint.

Unimpressed by this location. Walked in and somebody in muddy boots soaked the floor and instantly slipped. Paid for extra nacho cheese on my burrito, barely got any. Got no cheese on my Fiesta potatoes and when I asked for some they were going to charge me. Food was basic taco bell, just not a great location.
