Ordered lunch since we received coupons in our Ingleside mail. Reuben didn't have much meat and tasted all like sauerkraut. The beef brisket was like beef jerky and overpriced. The double beef and cheddar was delicious and the Arby's melt were a smaller version. Chicken sandwich was a little well done and dry and the fries were just as they always are. I'm giving five stars though because the employees were nice and got our order correct.

I like this location and never had a problem but c’mon I was going to eat this on the way to work, bun is full of flower and onion, after this review was made I went again and they messed up my entire order, try hiring adults, never again at this location

Extremely disappointed. My chicken sandwich wasn't even assembled. Everything was thrown in foil. I got charged for 2 cheese cups, but none was given. Also my beef sandwiches were supposed to have cheddar and they are plain. I will never go there again. This is absolutely unacceptable. 1 mistake is understandable but this is absurd.

Really let down. It's been a while I guess. Wife wanted hot ham and cheese. It was pulled from the menu. Got French dip instead and it was awful. No flavor even with the au jus, the cheese may have been the problem. I has the brisket which had flavor was ruined by the amount of smoke flavoring added. They have made a great effort to change their line to get people in the door and it was good. I may need to visit and take another chance to speak flavor.

The service was professional, and the food was Arby's A+. The dining area and bathroom facilities were clean. I also liked that the parking lot was tucked out of the way from surrounding businesses. 2 TV's were playing two different channels. I will def return for another grocery run date with my wife!

Absolute trash. Order was completely wrong. Only car in the drive through. Was very polite and received a trash meal. Got only four poppers. Fries were half filled and the broken pieces from the bottom of the fryer. The mac and cheese was a solid bloob that had been sitting for days and had to be thrown out for safety. If you value your health DO NOT GO!

Staff has always been super friendly, but today everything was perfect ~ cashier happy, friendly, smiley; food hot and delicious; restaurant neat, clean, and organized. Fish sandwich was delish, and I love the new remodel!

But Arby’s doesn’t have Apple Pay and it’s a big inconvenience… I went to the Arby’s in round Lake and when I was told there’s no Apple Pay I looked into my wallet grab the cash that I had and had to pull out like two dollars and something cents in coins. The man that worked there it was very understanding the woman was kind of like in patient and kind of rolled her eyes that I was giving her two dollars and something and change. When I posted on my Facebook saying that I can’t believe that Arby’s doesn’t have Apple Pay I would go there more often if I knew that they could take my Apple Pay. And so many people agreed and so many people said that they would much rather have Arby’s but they go next door to the McDonald’s that has Apple Pay…

The thing I love of this fast food restaurant is that they always give me fresh food. I can't remember ever getting something stale or cold. The service is good most of the time and we'll the atmosphere, it's a fast food joint there isn't much to brag there

It's not the arby's we grew up with. The people don't seem to care, sandwich was sloppy not put together well... sad used to be a great place to eat cheaply.

Best roast beef in towns

I ordered their hot philly cheesesteak as it looked so good on their menu...it wasnt. The meat was adequately proportional though I was hoping it would contain more meat due to their ad but it didnt. The meat didnt have any flavor but it is so salty. I had high hope for my first time but was let down. Will come back to try out more of their menu to be fair and will update review.

Surprised with the new menu and varieties on the board. Tried the new sweet potato waffer fries, a bit burnt but still good. Enjoyed the orange cream shake, Mediterranean chicken wrap and the delux roast beef. Place was clean. Dining area is off limits. Plexi glass between customers and order takers.

Loved their sweet potato waffle cut fries. I'm not sure if they have it in all their locations.
