Went
3
days
in
a
row
around
4:30
wanting
to
get
2
large
teriyaki
chicken
and
each
time
it
was
not
ready.
The
first
day
I
was
told
a
25
minute
wait.
The
next
day
I
was
told
that
it
was
still
frozen
and
not
ready.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
was
told
that
he
was
not
there.
Day
1
and
2
took
place
in
the
drive-thru.
The
3rd
day
I
went
inside
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
he
really
didn't
care
and
told
me
that
they
run
out
of
it
all
the
time.
I
then
asked
that
if
this
was
the
case
maybe
it
should
be
something
to
focus
on,
increase
the
cooking
of
this
product.
He
did
not
care.
It's
also
ironic
that
while
I
was
speaking
to
him,
around
4:30,
he
told
me
they
were
out
again.
Ding.
Ding,
Ding.
Plan
accordingly.
Increase
production.
When
I
asked
for
the
owners
name
and
number
he
would
not
give
it
to
me.
I
even
suggested
that
he
call
and
I
would
talk
to
them
and
I
would
not
have
the
phone
number.
Instead
he
gave
me
the
corporate
number
of
which
I
did
call
and
that
person
seemed
concerned.
I
was
told
that
the
area
supervisor
would
call
me
and
they
never
did.
Terrible
customer
service
with
a
side
of
THEY
do
not
care!!
I
would
give
0
stars
but
the
app.
will
not
allow
it.
