This Dunkin is so slow. 50 minutes to make 3 drinks and 2 bagels. I could have driven to the Hainesville and back in that time.

It is very very obvious the owner of the Dunkin donuts in round lake beach does not care whatsoever about his/her employees or more, the customers! The wait to get a cup of coffee is at least 10 to 15 minutes just to order. I am looking at a back up of ten, that's right, ten cars. And can't order anything inside as there is no help!! Has the owner even visited the store? Does corporate know how poorly this store is run? I will be contacting corporate to let them know. If you don't have the app you are definitely second class. Be prepared to be late for work if you were planning to "grab" a cup of coffee. Disappointing.

We took our grandchildren there for a little doughnut fun. We were so disappointed. The service was very poor. We waited to be waited on for at least 10 minutes. There was no one in line in front of us. There was a steady line through the drive through so apparently the 4-5 employees I saw were needed there. Doughnut selection was limited (it was 9:15 a.m). The store itself was not tidy, with paper debris and even some dead bugs on the floor. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Such a shame…. The store didn’t use to be this way.

I am a regular customer at this DD & love this location!! They are always accurate with my orders and super friendly! Nothing like a delicious coffee that is made just how you love it! The drive thru can be long at times but for the most part they are super fast. Definitely recommend this location!

They gave me an extra donut when I only ordered 1 using points and had planned on giving it to my son, so I ended up having 1 for him and 1 for me! Made my day! :)

I go to DD 3/4 times a week, just for coffee. I either wait 10+ minutes or my order is incorrect 75% of the time. Hell, you can’t even get greeted within the first 5 mins but there are 5+ people standing at the drive thru window. You can’t even keep employees long enough to get decent services, there is ALWAYS someone new. See the picture, I asked for NO whip cream there was whip cream on the drink.. after waiting 10 mins on a to-go order I looked at her mind boggled and didn’t feel like waiting anymore.. there’s instructions for a reason.

Hey just stopped by grabbing coffee and donuts for me and my coworkers (all essential workers) and manager stressed out all personnel by saying louder to me "MAM I DONT SPEAK SPANISH"! and gave me a bad bad coffee because wasn't served kindly. Well never stop by there any more! Ughh

I come here every couple weeks to pickup breakfast for my office. This must be the best run Dunkin Donuts in the country. Service is quick and friendly, decor is updated, and trendy. Keep up the great work!

Of all the Dunkin’s, this is by far my favorite. Every employee I meet at the drive thru window or in house is always great, my coffee tastes amazing, and I’m always in and out! :) Can’t ask for much more!

So I order less ice for my iced coffee and if I didn't have to be at work in a few minutes I would have asked them to make a new one. When I order coffee I want coffee not water. Completely unsatisfied.

I went to this roundlake beach dunkin donuts off 83 and I was very disappointed on the service there was a young girl and a young boy that had an attitude with me because they couldn't hear me because the landscaping company was mowing the grass, when I got to the window they still had the attitude and the worst part I got served cold food the cheese wasnt even melted I had a sausage egg and cheese wrap and the egg was so cold and nasty, my drink was also wrong, I will not go there again

Every time I come to this Dunkin' donut the girls at work there are rude as hell you ask a simple question I understand that no one wants to work today but they can't even answer the simplest question I used to come here all the time cause I thought the management was good not that if I don't come here anymore That they're gonna close down I'll just find another one to go to very ignorant girls at work there

My croissant stuffer tasted soooo freezer burnt. I'd suggest you throw those out and don't sell them 🤢 my coffee is good though.

Terrible customer service, the girl with the big eyelashes working the drive thru was so rude, she rolled her eyes at me and looked angry when I asked one question.

Can not follow basic instructions. I asked for a dozen classic donuts. They gave me a box of assorted, cold donuts. I should have checked before I left the store. I will not be going back.

I asked what the person taking my order recommended and they suggested a signature latte with toasted white chocolate and I'm hooked. It's SO good! Awesome service here and consistency with the drinks 👌🏾👏🏽👏🏽

Staff seems nice, but for real (and I say this with a heavy heart) they have the worst service. They take forever, and there is literally no reason as to why. At first I thought maybe someone new is working there, the computers are down, but no they are consistently the slowest "fast-food" place around. Coffee is good but you can't get service unless you're in the drive though. Waited 9 minutes for coffee and I was the first of the people in the dining area meanwhile the drive through was moving along

They ran out of ice. They ran out of ingredients in my coffee, didn't tell me until I had my coffee on my hand and I noticed. SUPER SLOW. only ok thing was the girl at the drive thru. Otherwise, moving forward I'll drive another route to go to the Dunkin in Rollins Rd.

My daughter and I have been to DD’s all over the place, some good many bad. This particular one has been our favorite for a few years now. They consistently get our order correct, are extremely friendly, and have their drive through system down pat. Occasionally you’ll have to pull around the building to wait for a moment so that others can be taken care of, but the wait time is rarely more than a minute or so. This has become our coffee place and I can’t remember the last time we hit up Starbucks (only a 1/2 mile down the road), due to the better prices, the flavor of the coffee, and the DD app that lets you accrue points for free coffee.

Finest spot to have food when in a hurry. The service is rapid, rates are convenient, excellent ambience. Would recommend to others

THIS IS MY PLACE! My favorite Dunkin’. They have been training the new staff and they are all AMAZING! Most polite Dunkin’ that I have ever been to, and my coffee is always great! The managers, FANTASTIC, they run a tight shift, and are always busy, but still take the time to say hello to customers and take care of us. I’m an avid coffee drinker, and I don’t need Dunkin’ daily, but I love seeing their faces and getting my small talk in in the mornings. They always brighten my day before the work grind starts. Even my toddler has grown accustomed to saying his hello when we stop by :)

Great service and great coffee. Staff was friendly and prompt. I've read some of the prior reviews and was cautious. I truly believe based on my experience with both and because there are 2 Round Lake DD people confuse the two. This one is my preferred location.

My ultimate favorite coffee is: Hot Black with Blueberry and sugar! Yummy!!!!

The staff is always so happy and willing to help, they always get my drink right. The food and the drinks are always tasting amazing. This will always be my favorite Dunkin to come too.
