Good hotel. Wifi works really good provide free pickup and drop from airport. Restaurant is not bad.

Terrible terrible terrible....dirty, filthy, not friendly. Had cockroaches in the shower, dirty bedding, dirty room. In short: terrible!!!

Very bad services and unprofessional in many ways.. e.g. limited (food,water/tea/coffee, Wifi use ,power failures dont allow guest to use hotel phone in EMERGENCY, I WON'T recommend any person to KZ.☹😞😤😭 AND WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT..FROM A VERY DISAPPOINTED GUEST 😔😔😔

I used their cosy restaurant which has a wonderful ambience and street view. My experience of the food was very good and the hospitality is also great!

We booked two rooms recently as we wanted to stay near the airport. When we got there, we had to carry our staff up a few stairs and take an elevator to get to the reception. The view of it, which is adjacent to the bar, the kitchen and the restaurant had all the signs of a cheap hostel. We got to the rooms and it was worse. The rooms were tiny and the old carpet on the floor is one we wished we could defy gravity and never step on. The bathroom is at an other level. It was so dirty that the only thing we dared use the hand wash. The once white towels have turned to brown. The breakfast wasn't a buffet you have to order one meal... food wasn't that bad. Staff not bad. This place is very very bad for its price.

I loved my 12 days living here. The price is negotiable a room for 2 people is approx. 1600 Birr. The service is very nice. Very humble employees. Close to the town literally down town where u can get restaurants, clubs, lounges, cafe shops and everything.

It's so convenient for averting and got a good internet connection either room or restaurant I will be back soon as well as its clean and safe but if you drive it would have a little problem with a parking lot other than I loved it thanks for averting to all stuff

Sent by Ethiopian air, second worst hotel I have stayed in globally. Also staff wanted to keep my passport. In morning I say thirty passports in desk. I did not even use the shower and I always show. First time not.
