I booked the room for one adult with the AC and a king bed, when i got to the property they handed me the key to the old part of hotel which to my surprise has no AC whatsoever and had a child bed ready next to an adult bed. huh?!? Now the best part is that you need to be very careful which part of hotel you are booking at, there is the 3 star part WITH NO AC AND OLD OLD CARPETS and the never one. After i paid additional 100 zl on top of my 200 zl reservation i was able to get room with ac and two twin beds lol

Wi-Fi is the absolute worst. Asked several times to fix or upgrade. Still is literally nothing. If you need to do business from your hotel do not come here!!!! Room was whatever. NEED WI-FI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tha stairs at the entrance make it hard for one with luggage and no staff at the door to help.

Right next to the Millenium mall. So the food court is a few steps away. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet type, the selection is amazing. Rooms are OK, the beds could be bigger but overall it’s a nice hotel.

Regular hotel, some rooms are renovated to more modern style, other are more old style. But all is clean and we are always able to get a room even last minute

The first one is the price. I paid around 600 PLN, and for 800 PLN I could have a night in 5 star hotel in Warsaw. Just to compare. I asked to reserve a parking spot at the garage before I came in the email, for which I got a confirmation from hotel that they would do it. Despite the confirmation, there were no free parking places at the garage at all, as I was told on the reception. On my request that I asked them to reserve, they told me that they do not reserve any place. As an option they offered me to pay for a parking spot in the front of hotel, I agreed, because had no choice. They took money and then it appeared that there were no free parking spots in front of the hotel. My question to staff is, how you can sell service that you are not able to provide??? The policy of the hotel is just to take money and that's all. Then I went to the room, no heating in the room for 600PLN per night. The renovation was made in 2000 last time I think, because everything is super old. In the kettle was swimming some dirt. The price is too high for such bad service!!!!!

Man sollte nicht mit allzu grossem Hunger zum Frühstücken gehen. Coronabedingt gibt es nur 2 Sets zum Auswählen.Lieber ins 2 minuten entfernte Einkaufszentrum um dort zu frühstücken. Ab 20:00 Uhr gibt es nichts zum Abendessen 🙄😩nichts für Spätanreisen. Top:Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und das sehr nette Personal. Gerne kommen wir wieder

The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. It was the cheapest in town at normally when you get the cheapest in town you get a bad hotel. This one was a good hotel. It has a spa and a restaurant. Next to a mall. It was quite.

Good hotel, good breackfast, but why is the staff so un-helpful with basic things.

That's a specific place. Polish old-school. In fact there's a combination of 3* & 4* hotel - two connected buildings. It's quite cheap but the standard in the lower tier is a little bit below expectations. You get a classic large key for room, spacious double bedroom and bathroom with old amenities and low quality. My room was ok but surprisingly there were no "no smoking" signs so beware of you are sensitive. Nevertheless it's rather clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, multiple options, and there's a proper espresso machine! The place is rather used by some conferences and various meetings so no many regular tourists or business people. Around you got a main 2 lane road in front, big shopping mall on the side, and classical residential area at the back with flats, public school and Salesian Church. 20 minutes walk to the city center.

It's a 4 star hotel and very well decorated..

A experience worth having.....the hotel staff is very very polite and kind......they help you with everything....stayed there for a day.... food is really good......
