The foods not the problem. There's a serious lack of professionalism at this location. There's only a couple bad apples but that's all it takes. There's one girl at the till that they need to fire. I'm surprised they haven't figured it out yet. Very snooty and could care less to solve any problems you may have with an order. She has a couple pals there that could use new jobs as well. I'm sure someone in charge will figure it out soon.

For some reason the crew here likes to yell their personal business/labour issues across the open kitchen at each other... Not very professional atmosphere. Food was fine and front staff were friendly, but I shouldn't be able to hear those kinds of conversations from the dining area.

Usual, expected McDonalds location inside the Walmart Supercenter in John. There is no drive through at this location. Full menu available however, hours are reduced based on Walmart hours of operation.

Coffee taste like a water. Buns on burgers in a poor shape and condition, can’t say they fresh

Very bad experience, not even the meals we orders when we tried to get what we are orders the guy was rude and mean, am not going there again!

This did not effect me personally, however, I want to give a shout out to Christina. I was in the store yesterday with my grandson and there were 2 older gentleman behind me. One was not pleased with his burger and had a complaint. Christina was at their table listening to one of the gentleman repeat himself multiple times about how he wanted his burger prepared and the type of chicken. She had lots of patience and was over the top polite. After she left, the line Manager, Amanda ended up at their table as well and she was just as polite. I was very impressed and let both of them know this. They deserve a pat on the back for a job well done 😊

It has the best food in the city, who cares about the wait time! It is made fresh, unlike other mcdonalds in the city that have high wait times and cold gross food

This place messes up every order.

I asked for salt and employee said go ahead so I grabbed it cause that were busy & I'm there twice a day 5 days a week cause I work nearby I had a manager ( short big brown haired lady yell at me from across the the counter so loud the employees working out back & all the customers looked at me & it was upsetting. I will never eat here again. Rather make my own

Anytime I've gotten food here, it's always be hot and fresh. Staff are awesome. Only drawback is because of space limitation, they don't have a full menu like the bigger stores

I am about to go on a diet so decided to fulfill some desires before I started. So I got on the new uber eats app to browse. Decided to go with the Big Mac as the they had a buy one get one free offer. To top it up I got another quarter pounder meal. So that's 3 burgers, 1 portion of fries and a soda. The food arrives and both big macs had the tiniest burger patties I have ever seen. I don't think even a kids meal would have a patty that small. This was either a prank played on me or else the quality of food at Mcdonalds has hit lows I wouldn't think were possible. Either way! A lesson learnt. I'm not sure if this is only the case with this outlet at Westmorland or is this the entire Saint John. But, rest assured I won't be buying from this brand again.

Just ordered a large fry and most of the staff was hovering around us the whole time and was really making me uncomfortable and when i asked for salt he said oh so it's not salty enough for you? And then through it at me not a pleasant experience it looked like a miserable place to work 1.5/10 :/
