    Last night I had combo without meat it includes burger, fries and coke. And i was expecting a good taste but was disappointed 😞. I guess may be it was too busy so they didn't bother to make it proper. But my friend was so angry as we ordered vegan but one of the burger was with meat 🥩. I guess it was by mistake so I totally understand the thing

    You could apply for a business loan, get approved, open a small butcher shop, go to auction, pick out a prize cow, butcher it, process the meat, let meat set over night with added spices, return next day and make handmade smashed burgers. Before your order is even taken well waiting at the drive thru windows of this particular mcdonalds.

    Terrible customer service, long waits for food. Last evening I got half of my order and was told to wait in spot #3 for the rest of my meal. 22 minutes passed and I went in. They clearly forgot that I was waiting. After telling the store manager twice what I was missing I realized when got home I was still missing a whole meal. I told myself in the past to never go to this particular location again but I did but never again!!

    Salty French fries. Couldn't eat at all. It wasn't crispy enough. Make sure to check the foo before you eat. Very bad service.

    OK.. here's something I didn't give 5stars for. The food was good,it was nice and clean at the restaurant and in the washroom, except for the fact that a bigger one was closed and the note was saying OUT OF ORDER( the women's one), so if you are a bigger woman or a wheelchair woman or you need to change a baby- no way you can get in! But the biggest thing was that there was ,I guess,a manager or a shift manager or whoever he was by name Justin (I overheard the name) who was doing either a newer employee review or some overview on tablet or both... and he was sooooo loud,like extremely loud. Me as a customer really don't need to hear that,to know about that! And his voice was so squeaky and unpleasant, plus he didn't have a good approach...like lots of attitude. I wouldn't be happy if he was my boss.... So we didn't enjoy our lunch at all!!!!! I would like the management to pay attention to it. If someone needs to get a review or learn something then there needs to be another spot for it. Like the office in the kitchen or whatever! But we don't wanna hear and witness that! I'm sorry ,but Justin needs to change his attitude. All the best!

    Fries were good; however, this has got to be the whitest Big Mac sauce I have ever seen. It weirdly tastes like McChicken sauce.... How does one not know what sauce goes on a freaking Big Mac.

    Sadly got food poisoning after visiting. Sore tummy, feeling Ill and multiple bathroom trips. Tables looked greasy and could use a good cleaning afterwards.

    This is my #1 McDonalds of choice in Saint John. Friendly helpful staff, and food is served in a decent timely manner. The tables are more often clean than not, in comparison to the other McDonalds in the city. My orders have been 99% accurate, however if something is wrong or missing from my order… the management team makes sure to correct any mistakes! Please be polite and patient with the workers, as they are often hiring (a lot of high school students first job) and are still learning. They are human and there is no reason to yell over a >$20 meal. No reason to be rude at all in my opinion, the workers are more than willing to accommodate.

    I wanna give ya's the benefit of the doubt. But jeez, it's sucking. And for the price. You can't let some dude wait for an Egg Mcmuffin for 10min & then serve him a sloppy rawish egg... Then have him come back through the drivethru (unhappy & which he NEVER does) only to make him wait and wait and wait for you to fix a sandwich that should have never been served in the first place! People are happy to wait, and they understand the struggle (more than you know)...just don't serve them slop after waiting so long & patiently understanding✌️

    Came to have some food with my young children and let them burn some energy. However, there were teenagers in the play area, and when prompted, the manager kindly booted them out. My kids ate their food and then went in to play and have fun. My thanks to the manager for dealing with the issue. Great service and strong support for young families!

    I am extremely dissatisfied and will NEVER go to any McDonald's again! The 9 bucks burger had no vegetables at all!!! Nothing! Although in the picture it was a beautiful double burger with BBQ sauce. My husband was luckier and found at least a pickled cucumber in an identical burger! The cutlets do not smell like high-quality meat products. But this no longer surprises me. I was disappointed with this fast food chain throughout Saint John. I visited all these cafes and the staff constantly confused something in my order or forgot something and didn’t report it. They could have confused the type of ice cream and much more. I see the negligence and unprofessionalism of the employees. I would fire them all! Never set foot in any McDonald's again! I left 55 bucks there for my family and all they got was annoyance. Never again! I don't recommend it!

    The last two visits to the drive through including today McDonalds forgot a portion of my order. This is a real disappointment to me because I payed for this food. I will no longer use this drive through.

    Terrible service. My 2 teenager went in and order 2 mcChicken value meals. They waited over 25 minutes because drive thru was lined and the6 took the only counter person to hel0 move drive thru but when Paramedic driver came in and order 8 minutes after they did he got his food and left while they stood their for another 17 minutes. Poor service and water down pop.

    I was there last night at 11:50pm there was 2 cars ahead of me, they took the car ahead of me at 11:53pm when I pulled up at 11:55pm they said welcome to McDonald's sorry we are closed now... there was nobody behind me and there was still 5 minutes before closing, very upset because they never close before 12am

    Staff is excellent but location is short staffed and mismanaged. Staff are fast and nice; though due to time crunches and how management has chosen to do things you end up needing to ring yourself in via kiosk or mobile lest you wait over 10 minutes to order. The food comes fast but trays and tables need cleaning, but that's part of being under staffed. The shocking part was seeing the manager in the corner doing an interview NOT pause the interview to step in to help during the rush. Then again, who plans an interview so close to one of their peek hours.

    Went through the drive thru which was down to just one lane. The menu is so bright it could double as a SAD lamp. The staff were there so thanks for showing up to work. French fries were cold and surprisingly unsalted ..... yum cold grease sticks, everyone's favorite! The big Mac was probably one that landed on the floor, "Brad" (using an alias here people!) stepped on it and started to tear the patty but decided to use it anyway. Probably one of the grossest burgers I've had in quite some time. I do not recommend coming here unless you're looking for the use of their SAD lamp/super bright menu.

    Whoever was taking orders October 2 at 1:45 PM really needs to get trained better, had no knowledge about the food items and made me seem stupid. Apparently you can’t make burgers like a mac anymore, just had one last week just or changed it ? Instead i told her only lettuce and mac sauce and it seemed like she couldn’t even do that. You lost a customer today , what a waste of time. Also the line took forever i was disappointed to wait for nothing. I recommend any other McDonalds

    It's a McDonalds just like any other McDonald's. It's relatively clean and it's 50/50 whether they get your order right. Good luck.

    This place is a busy spot bring beside the highway and in the Lancaster mall Parking lot beside shoppers, Walmart, no frills.. many other businesses around there so it's a great spot to hit right after shopping! Always clean and the employees are nice and helpful.
