Second Cup Café

Cafe Coffee shop Frozen yogurt shop

👍 The cafe is clean and they follow the COVID-19 rules and ask the customers to follow the same. The location is perfect as it is convenient for the people who travel through buses 🚍 The cafe smells really good and the staff are nice and friendly which is a good thing. I always prefer the ice coffee... People often mention coffee, good,

Stopped for a cup on a beautiful fall day. Friendly staff and one of the best lattes we may ever have had. Good stuff.

When you consider all alternative options for buying hot or cold drinks in Saint John. Why not choose to shop local, put money back into the community and rest in a comfortable environment away from the stresses of day-to-day life. There is no doubt in my mind that the employees are paid well, looked after and appreciated by their employer and customers by the way they serve me. In addition, the supply of baked goods is also fed from a local vendor that further supports the values of the company and its owners. I feel it's important to support companies who's morals reflect what's important to keeping the economy strong.

Excellent cup of coffee. Sat by the windows and watched St John walk by. Had my coffee black. Hot, smooth and no bitterness at all. Starbucks be damn. Just passing through.

A solid coffee shop in a good location. Coffee is well priced and delicious. Also good breakfast options. The staff were friendly and the service was very quick. There's a good amount of seating and the ambience is relaxing. Would recommend this place if you want a quick coffee or snack!

There are candies here that you would not find anywhere else. It is a perfect place for someone with a sweet tooth

Second Cup always has that latte you feel a little guilty but more relaxed after. Their Saint John locations have partnered with a very talented, local baker and the quality of their treats show!

I don't drink coffee so I cannot comment on the taste of the Santa Cookie Latte? What I can say is the wait staff presented the product minus the topping. The customer should not have to ask for what is supposed to come with the item. Second the sweet item I ordered was basically all sugar. I am a cook and a baker and I expected better. Need to present a sweet that tastes of more than just sugar. Staff were helpful. I will return to order a coffee when asked. Buy any sweets? No.

I didn't like my drink because it didn't taste enough like the Pumpkin Spice Frap at Starbucks. It was definitely made better at the other Second Cup location. I asked if anything could be done and they said no. They were unwilling to remake the drink or offer something else. On a side note, the fake leather chairs are ripping. The pumpkin spice latte two nights ago was much better. The cashier had difficulty telling the tending balance after paying with a gift card.

A little more expensive than Tim Hortons, and not as fancy as Starbucks, but it's the best chain coffee shop I've found in New Brunswick. The carrot loaf and Nanaimo bar and awesome, but the lemon loaf is not 😅

Ducked in for a quick cup on a Thursday morning. Quick service, good coffee, comfortable seating. What else is there to say? Would go back.

Very poor experience. Waited in long line to place my order. Young lady who took my order was pleasant enough. I waited nearly half an hour and noticed that the college girls who placed their orders after me were receiving their drinks, while I was still waiting. I questioned the manager, he was rather obnoxious, instead of apologizing for the delay, he said it was in the rotation. We waited another five minutes and still my drink was not prepared. We ended up demanding a reimbursement and left totally disappointed and dissatisfied. The owner of this establishment really needs to reprimand this employee.

Overpriced coffee! McDonald's is still the best coffee for XL coffee ☕️ $1.97, 0.50 cheaper than and 100% better, and smooth coffee! Tims doesn't offer a seniots discount, and McDonald's offers a seniors discount
