I
had
come
to
this
location
a
few
days
in
a
row,
and
a
couple
of
the
staff
members
knew
my
order
and
were
pleasant
and
joked
around
with
me,
making
conversation.
By
all
means,
I
think
that
I
probably
would
have
kept
coming
to
this
location
for
my
afternoon
coffees
for
a
long
time,
because
it's
close
to
my
house
and
the
coffee
is
fine;
however,
I'm
probably
literally
never
going
to
go
to
this
Second
Cup
again,
because
one
of
the
employees–
Hannah,
specifically,
was
so
sincerely
mean
to
me
that
I'll
probably
just
go
to
the
Starbucks
down
the
street
instead.
Why
would
I
want
to
be
served
by
someone
who–
clearly,
has
no
professional
composure
or
a
will
to
see
the
same
customers
more
than
once?
Hannah
is
the
single
least
professional
person
that
I've
ever
had
the
genuine
displeasure
of
being
served
by.
In
all
likelihood,
she
should
not
be
allowed
to
work
customer
service–
or,
perhaps,
anything
involving
people.
She'd
maybe
make
a
good
executioner,
or
a
profitable
therapist,
or
some
other
job
involving
making
people
miserable
and/or
profiting
off
of
the
misery
of
human
beings
she's
never
met
before.
Speaking
to
Hannah
genuinely
ruined
what
had
been
a
very
pleasant
experience.
