To the lady with appalling oral hygiene, next time you make a pita, don’t say whatever under your breath when you break the thing in half. Refusing to make someone a rice bowl an hour before close is not acceptable either. To the owners, your place is being ran poorly, maybe check in on them

WORST SERVICE EVER. First they were backed up by 8 people, just standing there, there wasn't even any new customers coming in. They didn't have rice when we PAID for a rice bowl, forgot what my boyfriend ordered, toaster was broke. And then my boyfriends pita had a huge hole in the pita, the kid told him it was "fine" but yet as soon as my boyfriend took a bite, it fell apart.

The portions keep getting smaller, lol,, . 30.00 dollars for 2 pitas,, then the guy said i was asking for tooooo much lettuce, lol. Not going back,,, I will make my own pitas.

Do not order from this place on doordash/skip the dishes. They always get the orders wrong and skip all the extra ingredients you pay for. I've ordered 5 times in the last few months with every order being messed up. Always giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is the last time, continuously being charged for stuff I don't get. This particular order they skipped two extra ingredients I payed for and the sauce. How can you even mess up that bad?...

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean location, especially the bathrooms. Order was made quickly and correctly.

Extremely hard to hear and because there was two women in front of me I couldn't get a proper look at what I wanted because I was ordering from the corner. They forgot to put my meat on the grill and my pita sat there for couple of minutes before they questioned what meat I had. They ran out of rice for the bowl I had ordered and told to wait 8 minutes for the rice to be put on my top of my bowl. It took a long time and I'm use to waiting at pita pit and felt very chaotic. I'm done visiting this location.

Good product, friendly service. The product was fresh and everything seemed properly cleaned/sanitized. Pita Pit can be a bit in the pricey side, but I appreciate that this is the cost associated with REAL food. I've never been disappointed by portion sizes. I would love to see better, more competitive combo pricing. *CoViD-19 notes: The restaurant was clearly labeled for customer spacing and a plexiglass shield was in place at the cash. There was no seating available to accommodate the pandemic changes.

I come here often and today I had the best quality pita I’ve ever been served from Pita Pit. You could tell the gentleman that made my pita took pride in his work and made each pita to perfection. Visited November 21, 2021 @ 3 pm.

Fast and friendly service. Food was good as well.

The food is pretty good. But their setup for serving what can become a long line of customers could be better. I waited 10 minutes before I was able to order, and it then took another 20 to get my food. It’s del ious food, especially for what is defined as “fast food”, but if you’re shaking up around 5:30pm expect to wait a bit to get your food.

Waited 10 mins for the food. Order first time and food was average but really expensive. No greetings to customers, really rude staff.

Very bad customer service, I called the store to place a catering order for 25-30 people for next day and the girl who pick up the phone was not polite at all and hung up on me when I was confirming my phone number, I called her back and asked why she hung up on me and asked for a manager and her name then she replied in attitude that we are not suppose to disclose our name. Also, as a guest we know that employees in a fast food are suppose to wear name tags. However, it was my first time trying the pita pit and I thought I should order catering for a party but after that attitude and disrespect, I would love to go for other options. And I will never recommend anyone for this store.

I love the food here. Being a diabetic, I have to be careful about what I eat. I had a small brisket tita on whole wheat and it was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone who is focused on eating healthy meals.

The food was absolutely delicious, which is really just a shame because I'll never return to this franchise. The customer service was atrocious. I came here for dinner on September 3rd and asked for a rice bowl. The brunette employee informed me that they "didn't have enough rice" without asking what size. I asked when they might have more and was told "were closing soon." You closed at 7 that day, so there was at least an hour left for store operation. I ordered a salad. Two more customers were turned away upon learning there was no rice available for them either. Finally someone asked the blonde employee for a small rice bowl and she served them. The brunette employee was furious with her and stormed into the back. Presumably to make more rice? This led me to assume the last serving of rice was reserved for the brunettes' own meal. Then the brunette completely smashed my partners burrito and mumbled "whatever" before unceremoniously plopping it on the counter. Just an absolutely horrible working environment, I felt bad for the blonde because I assume the brunette will give her hell for making the mistake of serving the customers.

The ordering process was a bit cumbersome, my wife almost gave up. But the food is good, lots of options for the salad and sauces.

Very expensive for what you get. A very small smoothie was $8 and my small wrap came to $15. The food was good but not worth the price. The staff were not all friendly and it seemed like I was bothering them just by being there.
