I went here for breakfast this morning. Food was excellent and amazing service. Coffee is better than any others in the area 😉 and they were more than happy to give me a refill. The best part was you don't feel like your in a fast food place waiting for someone to yell your number. I will certainly be returning.

Just moved to Saint John. Needed a quick breakfast so I ran over to the nearest A&W. Cody served me and did an exceptional job. Great service all the way around. He checked in with me while I waited for my order and was very personable. Highly recommend A&W on Bayside!!!

The food was great and I was so impressed with the staff. They were friendly, courteous and engaging. You don’t see that very often in fast food restaurants. We were there 10/27 at 5:30.

The sign on the window says all day breakfast yet I was there at 11:08 and they would not serve me and my kids breakfast. In what world does this make any sense?

Food is good, tried to use a coupon for a 4.99 poutine and soft drink. She took the coupon and didn’t use it. Got charged 10$ instead of the 5.75$ it should’ve been

Went in for a small coffee and sausage breakfast sandwiche on an english muffin at 7am on Friday July 22nd, waited just over 10 minutes before I finally gave up and left. After waiting that long they still hadn't even started perked the morning coffee... and I watched two cooks with bare hands handling the sausage patty and english muffin... WHY DID IT TAKE THIS LONG!!!????? It's a simple sandwich...and WHY DID YOU PUT YOUR BARE HANDS ALL OVER MY FOOD!!??? WARE GLOVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GROSS!!!!!!!!! I finally had enough of waiting and had to leave. They may have gained $6.42, but they lost my business for good! Pathetic wait time and disgusting food service in the kitchen.

Fast food is fast food but the crew here is what made me review. Super friendly and quick even when busy

paid $17.99 for a chicken sandwich and the buns were rock hard. pretty sure I almost chipped a tooth on it. most over priced garbage I've had in a while. will not be returning ever again.

I went through drive thru and while trying to finish my order the lady was speaking over me instead of allowing me to finish. I waited about 10 mins in the drive thru to not even be told they were making substitutions (no onion rings for some reason) and then I wasn't even given my root beer before I was rushed off. I left without the 2 things I went for... Very disappointing!

Clean dining area, quick friendly service, and good food.

I came here for a Teen Burger Combo. The service was quick and friendly. My burger was actually made, not thrown together and found sitting sideways in the bag. (I can appreciate proper burger etiquette) The building seemed clean upon a brief check. Just what I'd expect out of an A&W

This is literally the worst A&W I have EVER been in. We ordered 2 mozza burgers combos and went to find our seat. There were about 20 tables in the restaurant, almost all dirty. The restaurant was totally empty when we were there. The area with drinks ketchup etc sat full of dirty dishes and grime the entire time we were there. Again, NOBODY in the restaurant and 4 employees. Food comes out. The burgers are so cold the cheese is actually sitting ice cold, like fridge cold,on top of the cold patties. The French fries were steaming hot and the onions rings also, torally ice cold. So basically they made everything while waiting for a new load of fries...and it sat and sat. But there wasn't even a hint of warm left in anything but the french fries. Only time ever I have not enjoyed the experience AT ALL. there is way too much competition now for food to do such a bad job. Not gonna lie, pretty shocked.

Lunch time, it was busy, but service was quick! Love their chubby chicken burger!!! Staff is friendly, the owner was there passing out lollipops and clearing tables, engaging in brief conversation, real nice of him! Love this place!!

They don't give you what you order. I asked for extra mayonnaise there's basically no mayonnaise on it hardly enough to wet the bun. This particular location has some type of issue with mayonnaise

Went in and order food got home and it was the wrong order took it back the burgers were right but forgot the onion rings and poutine instead of making freeh burgers gave us back the cold ones

I come here quick a bit, order always hot and staff are great. But tables usually dirty!

Its an okay location I guess - I really like A&W on the whole buy this particular location is very very slow. 2 stars off because there's 3 other A&W locations in saint john and rothesay and all of them are faster and have better service.

Food was good but the place was an absolute mess. The back had trays and garbage everywhere! The rootbeer was horrible too which was super disappointing.

Great food and service for customers. For delivery drivers, they never have it ready when they are supposed to. They only start making it when you arrive which no other restaurant does. Extremely slow and the least favorite restaurant to go to to pick up orders.
