First time coming to the new location. Great service and amazing food. The owner is also amazing walking around making sure everyone is enjoying their time.🍔😁

Food is top tier every time, but I have gone there multiple times over the last few months and EVERY single time I’m in the drive thru so far, I get asked to go pull into a parking place and wait for my food there. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru IMO. Frustrating to say the least. Not going again.

Went through the drive thru, was asked to park, waited 20 minutes for them to come out with my food and then they informed me they couldn't make my latte. Waited another 10 minutes for them to bring out this terrible cold brew beverage that was just wateted down black coffee. Never stopping at this location again.

They are to worried about drive through competition times than they are about their customers. Everytime I go through I pay and then they telle to go park around the building. Then have to wait for someone to bring your stuff out. I'll never order again, they could say before you pay if you need to wait and move so you could make a decision. But no, they take your money then tell you to move and wait. Bad service.

I went with my mother, who ordered a mama burger with extra pickles. It cost 50 cents for the pickles, there was 3 slices. A week later we went again, she didn't bother getting "extra" pickles this time, guess how many pickles were on it... 3, after they charged her extra for having the same amount a week before.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches today at 9:09am in the drive thru. There was no line, no other cars, no wait. After I paid they tell me to pull around back to wait. A few minutes later they bring out a previous customer's order, after that they brought out an order that had parked after me. 9:29am is when my simple order of 2 breakfast sandwiches came out. 20 minutes. Unacceptable. If the wait is that long, tell me before I pay. Not a good experience, ended up being late for work. I stopped to save time.

When this location opened it was the best A&Ws in town. Then upper management stopped being in location and everyone now slacking. Literally, they won't even fill your chilled glass before handing it to you; they expect you to fill from the refill station. They give you a marker, but don't bring the food to your table; they just yell your number. Laziest staff, don't even pretend to look busy; whole thing needs to be thrown out and new hires.

I have received good service from heather and haylee while I ordered a poutine and the kids something to eat

Got a root beer float and the ice cream was like a watery ice hockey puck that they dump into a thing of root beer. They are now open 24hrs. If your gonna go here just go in to enjoy your food that way you can get that sweet sweet frosted mug that they are known for.

Horrible customer service. Unchanging for milk / apple juice for a kids combo when they normally come with it / are included. Expecting a 2 year old to drink pop. Menu clearly shows it comes with milk

We like coming here but are sad to be discrimated because we are Caucasian. My boyfriend asked if they were hiring not long ago, they said no, they're full. We went in today and they were again training someone only of their culture 😔

Best fast food restaurant in the area. Great customer service. Night shift workers are getting served with lunch menu at 6:00am when the store opens without compromising the food quality, what else is needed.

I am new in this area and tried A&W for the first time.. I had it’s beyond burger that was so delicious, juicy and fresh😋 Service was so good and fast too. This restaurant has sufficient dining space for families. Will come again. Please give it a try…. Highly recommended

Good burgers. Great staff at the drive- through. Why does all the drinks need to taste like root beer!

First time dining in at this location. Used drive through many times before. Dining room was very clean and modern in the A&W style. There was more seating than I would have suspected just from the view from outside. The staff were pleasant and polite. Food quality is better than other burger chains and the prices are somewhat higher. Root beer inside the store is in frosted mugs, cold and delicious Brings me back to the drive-in that was on the corner of Rothesay avenue and Russell street. Good memories.

I don't remember if I actually posted me review or not, so here it is again of I already have. I ordered 2 spicy chicken Chipotle wraps and the outside of the wraps were covered in black and red spice which does not belong on them. I tool one bite and throw them out because the spices around the outside made it taste awful. The area should be wiped down before making a next order especially taking in the fact that I could've been allergic to said spices.

Good food but saw the cook making my burger and not wearing gloves and he had rings on his fingers. I realize gloves are not required but they are if you have rings and whatnot on.

Went here late last night and was tye only one in drive thru and no one inside. Was told to wait a minute which they forgot about me after 5 minutes and I had to ask if they were gonna take my order or if I was gonna go to burger king. Order 2 teen burger meals and once paid was asked to go park and they would bring it out. Almost 10 minutes later before they came out with are food. Very disappointed with service. If the workers would put more time in with providing customers better service instead of standing around laughing and talking together.

Food was good. Unfortunately however we received the wrong food. We ordered 2 mozza burger meals. I had already taken two bites into mine and my wife said we ordered mozza burgers not teen. She was disappointed. She always starts with the fries. We never complained. Just check your order before eating.

WoW what happened to A&W ?? I was in there the other day, and had a spoiled little Saint John girl serve me and my workers,, I believe her name was Hailey, Very disrespectful , and not very astute , she has to be family , just saying, no real owner would have this type of worker serving the public with that spoiled attitude. The food was not even edible , i threw out my chicken pieces after one bite. I went and bought chips and coke at the variety store. The fries were cold and they gave us enough ice to fill an ice cooler, Hardly any root beer in the cup , just ice, all ice. Our crane operator wanted sauce and he had to pay for it , LOL,, at least give 1 sauce , then charge if he wanted an extra one . my god . Well at least they had one Saint John person working there (Hailey) out of about 7 workers , LOL. None of us will be going back to this one or any of the others in saint John. Have a good day.

Great food and service for customers. For delivery drivers, they never have it ready when they are supposed to. They only start making it when you arrive which no other restaurant does. Extremely slow and the least favorite restaurant to go to to pick up orders.

Just placed an order for 4 meals and the only thing fresh was the chicken strips... onion rings were falling apart and tasted like theyve been sitting, the fries were definitely not fresh, my Mama burger was missing toppings but the other was not and they definitely werent fresh either. We go to A&W because most times the food is always hot and fresh and this wasnt like when we usually ordered. Disappointed with this order.
