Asked for NO mushrooms several times and the girl who served us was out right ignorant kept saying they were on the grill kept telling her NO mushrooms....then the guy who served us at the cash said there was NO mushrooms in our order on the grill only to come home to take a bite and what do you know there was MUSHROOMS in my pita...needless to say wont be back....employees should learn to LISTEN to their customers and not be so ignorant

The food here is consistent. Very delicious. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Too expensive for what you get. No green olives now for several weeks. Quality and service has deteriorated.

The workers here are super nice and always make super good pitas- especially the younger fella with the tattoos down his arm. He's always super welcoming when I come in, and the pitas he makes are perfect. They cook it for the perfect amount of time, he puts the right amount of cheese and sauce every time, folds it in the best way and wraps it perfectly. I can't even express how perfect and well done they are. I get excited to go here and plan my day around it just because the food is always so good and the workers are so nice. I hope they get credited for this. Big thanks to Pita guy

The food at Pita Pit is good, and the service is acceptable. However, I have to say it's not quite worth the price. If you're looking for a quick and healthy meal option when you're short on time, this place can be convenient.

Stood for 15 minutes at the cash register waiting for somebody to take our order workers did not even acknowledge us

I purchased a takeout salad with falafel recently and asked for garlic sauce. I didn't check til I got back to my hotel room and realized it wasn't garlic sauce but ranch dressing. Had he told me they didn't have garlic sauce I ould have asked for something else. I ended up throwing out the salad. What a waste.

Great food. The chicken center would be one of my favorites. I like that they grill veggies if asked. If you don't know what pita pit is. Think subway for the make your own meal but with a healthier pita or salad bowl as an option..

Ordered doordash which list's the the toppies and pita pit added extra topings that are not listed in what we ordered in 2 out of 3 pitas we ordered. I don't know why they can not read a toppings list that is in front of them. Will never order from here again. Tried to call them to get it fixed and all I got was "mailbox is full" called for an hour.

Staff was so friendly. Best pita pit experience I had so far. Service with a true smile.

Can here at 10:05 am and they open at 10 the doors still locked, 10:11 somebody with key came in with tim hortons coffee and locked the door behind them. Now it just pointless to wait any longer it clear they have no intention of opening!

Ordered through skip the dishes and it came closed. When we opened the food the Pitas were covered in white fuzz?? No way to complain to the restaurant so figured this review is worth the 25 bucks they ripped me off for. Enjoy!

Delicious as always. Pita pit is a great place to find a healthy, tasty meal.

Good food, absolutely terrible service. Been there many times over the years, and these guys do not know how to operate a business. My orders have been messed up countless times, and they are absolutely no help when calling in to discuss messed up orders. This store needs an entirely new staff. God awful service the past 5-10 times I've been there, you guys should just sell the store and let somebody competent run restaurant. Will only be going to the west side location from now on, and I live east. I highly advise against going here, especially when using doordash or skipthedishes. Their mess ups are always someone else's fault. They even told me to email a messed up order in to their support email, instead of just handling it over the phone. I was completely baffled. This place used to be good about a year ago, but all the new employees are ridiculously terrible at their job. I would be embarrassed to own such an establishment.

Not impressed by the quality of the drink I took at Pita Pit, an average place for some quick snacks to fill your stomach.

Had a great pita here, love the spicy black bean. Been back a second time and the staff were excellent. Got the spicy black bean “double meat”

I really like pita pit. You can get basically any topping you want on it and the choices of sauces are abundant. The only thing I don't like about it is the meat is put on last so when it is rolled together, the pita is very lopsided (meat all on one side and veggies on the other). Overall, still quite good since the ingredients always seem fresh.
