A wonderful center, located two minutes from the Avtovo metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Blood was drawn quickly and easily. The tests were completed in a timely manner, which was very pleasing!) It was very helpful to have an excellent osteopathic specialist who helped with my back. The presence of all types of ultrasound and professionalism is evidenced by constant calls asking for an appointment. And because girls come to the local gynecologist at this Center, you can understand their trust. Definitely recommend for visiting with the whole family!

I signed up in advance on the website for PCR and antibodies. So the nurse quickly took the blood and swab at the specified time. All liked it. They promise a quick response by email 😀

Small room, no hook in the toilet for bags. The staff is polite and friendly.

They do the tests however they want, but the results do not match the real ones! You can’t get through to support, they can’t help you with a direct number and they transfer you to support. A vicious circle of chaos and irresponsibility! The services were provided incorrectly, no one wants to be held accountable for this.

I really like 3 Helix, here in Avtovo, on Narvskaya near the metro, and in the residential complex near the Bolsheviks metro. Small queues at Avtovo and Bolshevikov (max 10-15 minutes, but you can make an appointment in advance), polite staff will help you choose a cheaper complex, because when you call the general service to clarify the cost, they give out a hellish price tag. I recommend all three centers, they have everything you need) I’m afraid to donate blood from a vein, and for people like me, it’s great to lie down on the couch with ammonia and talk to the nurse, she will be happy to distract you from your fear)

This is the worst helix I've ever been to! The administrator communicates as if from the clinic's reception desk. When I signed up, I thought that the Avtovo dc was the one that was near the metro station across the bridge, I was very upset that it was closed, that’s where there were wonderful staff and a convenient location, as well as space inside the dc itself. Never set foot here again.

01/31/2022 At one o'clock in the afternoon I went to donate blood. And it so happened that for the first time in my life I felt bad while taking the exam, I felt dizzy, and I was ready to faint. The nurse who took the blood immediately reflected this moment and called the woman who worked at the registration desk for help. They dragged me to the couch, did everything necessary to bring me back to consciousness, gave me sweet tea and a waffle (I think it was the most delicious tea I’ve ever drunk), in general, thanks to them I felt like a human again. Many thanks to these guardian angels!
