I
recently
stayed
at
this
Hotel
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
would
like
to
share
my
feedback
regarding
several
aspects
of
my
stay
that
were
particularly
disappointing.
Firstly,
the
timing
of
breakfast
was
inconvenient
for
guests
with
work
commitments
like
myself.
The
breakfast
service
did
not
commence
until
7:00
AM,
which
I
found
to
be
quite
late.
It
would
have
been
more
accommodating
if
the
hotel
offered
an
earlier
breakfast
option
to
cater
to
the
needs
of
guests
who
have
early
morning
engagements.
Furthermore,
the
breakfast
experience
itself
was
underwhelming.
Instead
of
a
buffet
spread,
the
hotel
offered
a
set
menu
with
limited
choices.
The
lack
of
variety
and
poor
quality
of
options
were
disappointing,
especially
considering
the
price
I
paid
for
my
stay.
Another
aspect
that
left
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth
was
the
lack
of
cooperation
from
most
of
the
front
desk
staff.
With
the
exception
of
one
lady
during
the
night
shift,
the
other
staff
members
were
unhelpful
and
unsympathetic.
Despite
being
unwell
and
having
a
late-night
flight
coupled
with
a
long
drive
upon
my
arrival,
I
requested
a
late
check-out
until
5
o'clock
only.
However,
the
front
desk
staff
strictly
adhered
to
the
most
hotel
allowance
check-out
time
of
4:00
PM,
even
though
the
hotel
was
nearly
empty
and
my
stay
was
for
three
days,
they
didn't
allow
for
one
more
hour.
Their
lack
of
flexibility
and
understanding
was
disappointing
and
made
my
experience
even
more
unpleasant.
Additionally,
the
staff
member
on
duty
during
the
morning
shift
displayed
unprofessional
behavior.
He
constantly
wore
a
frown
and
did
not
exhibit
the
level
of
professionalism
one
would
expect
from
a
hospitality
establishment.
I
approached
him
regarding
an
issue
with
the
drain
in
my
room
and
requested
maintenance
assistance.
However,
to
my
surprise,
he
failed
to
coordinate
with
the
maintenance
team,
leaving
the
issue
unresolved.
Furthermore,
my
room
was
not
cleaned
thatvday,
which
was
an
additional
letdown.
Overall,
my
experience
at
Le
Park
Concord
in
Skaka
was
subpar.
The
late
breakfast
timing,
limited
food
choices,
uncooperative
front
desk
staff
(excluding
the
night
shift
lady),
and
unprofessional
behavior
from
the
morning
shift
staff
all
contributed
to
a
disappointing
stay.
I
hope
the
hotel
addresses
these
issues
to
provide
a
more
satisfactory
experience
for
future
guests.
