It's a good hotel to stay at, the bigger rooms even have washing machines, but it is not well maintained. Could be a much better place if only they fix it up a little. The staff is helpful too.

Floor dusty .. sofa good .. beds good.. size and space is good... But the worst thing .. no any covring above the floor in winter

This is the best place to live in Al Jouf. The place is very clean, the staff aims to please you and the furniture has been very well taken care of. The cost is a little more than the other places around, but is it well worth it. I highly recommend Fakhamat to those that want a positive experience in comfort.

Clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff is too friendly. Location is very near by all the needed shops & attractive places.

Rooms are well maintained. Common area is well maintained Shower isn't working good. Should have a tray option in washroom to keep soap, shampoo, and other personal stuff.

Good location only Room is big BUT bed is not comfortable The TV is not working and they didn't fix it even after calling reception
