    -Clean apartment. -Low water pressure and some leakage in the sink. -No sound insulation installed. You can hear the entire floor and the outside cars driving by. -No heating in the A/C, wouldn’t recommend in cold weather. Water heater is working fine. -Very limited car services (uber,careem) so I suggest you rent a car if you’re coming from the Airport. -The facility will request 100SAR to drive you to the Airport I had to pay because unfortunately no car service was available. Price is high due to limited alternatives. Would not recommend.

    Very nice. Price is acceptable. Fit to those who are singles or even couples . You have a coffee shop near to you!
