Hotel is located on main road and many restaurants available in surrounding areas.no much traffic and very good parking space available behind area.staff is good free tea coffee avaible and also can order drinks from the room.neat and clean corridors.very much economical.good internet browsing speed for free.rooms were neat.toilets were neat and clean.no cigarette or foul smell in rooms.bed and furnishings were good me I liked it for short stays hope u all will enjoy too.goodluck.

Had to leave this place because it wasn't as clean as it used to be and because the provided mattress were extremely dirty. It used to be better but now it's way below average. They lost me as a customer.

We gave an advance full payment for 6 days staying, but very dissapointing.. This accomodation gave us not working facilities.. Staying 6days with small electric stove? They are not even check before guest taking room flats?

Staying here again after a year. The cleanliness in the Lobby and Reception is excellent 👏👏 Welcome area is nice with Tea and Saudi coffee and variety of dates kept complimentary for the guests ( available 24 hrs) The staff are courteous. The rooms are different sizes and decor. They are well-kept. Some furniture though needs replacement for sure. The bathroom is quite small in some rooms. I stayed in 2-Bedroom and 1-Bedroom apartment both in a Year. The bathroom fixtures are not functional and old. The water pressure is low in Showers. Sometimes hot water is not running in the taps inspite of water heaters being on…..!!! COVID-19 has gone and 75 % of the world is vaccinated. In KSA the Vaccination percentage is very high May be over 95%……but still hotel provides the disposable Bath towels……!!!( Forget about Bathrobes….!) Well no-one wears the mask inside but for Bathtowels supply COVID-19 exists…!!!!!! Kitchenette is small though and very basic supply. Electric kettle is provided though old and dangerous to use …!!( broken cable) Parking is available. Villas are really good to stay. The colourful illumination in the rooms is pleasant.👍👍 Overall passable. Recommended 👍 ( Needs urgent attention for Bathroom fixtures)
