Reception:

rude
but
also
not
helpful.
We
asked
to
change
our
room,
they
said
no
rooms
available
even
though
we
checked
on
many
websites
and
it
was
available.
We
didn’t
continue
our
stay
(
the
room
was
full
of
ants
),
we
left
2
days
earlier
and
they
deducted
the
full
amount.
They
didn’t
even
bother
to
ask
us
about
the
reason
or
if
it
was
from
their
side.
Room:
on
the
3rd
floor
with
balcony,
ceiling
of
the
room
very
low,
not
enough
lighting
in
the
room
very
dim,
carpet
so
filthy,
room
and
bathroom
were
full
of
ants,
telephone
not
working,
minibar
not
working
(
when
we
asked
to
fix
it,
they
fixed
it
next
day
),
bathroom
old
but
clean,
bed
sheets
clean
and
bed
was
comfy.
WiFi
very
slow
and
poor,
curtain
felt
down
I
had
to
fix
it
by
myself
coz
it
was
night
time.
Location:
very
good,
in
the
middle
of
the
city
center,
all
services
next
to
you;
shops,
restaurants,
coffee
shops,
groceries,
…
Overall:
very
bad
experience
that
costs
me
two
days
extra
money
not
refunded.
We
DO
NOT
recommend
this
hotel.
Staff
not
to
be
blamed
but
the
owner.

time
owner
replied
on
reviews
was
