During my 15 days in Turkey, I stayed here 3 times on different dates and in separate rooms. The condition of the rooms were clean and comfortable and the rooms had everything I needed.The staff were friendly and attentive.

I stayed here for almost a week, and I had a great experience. Staff are really friendly and the hotel is really clean. Everyday the offer great breakfast for 3 hours. Wifi speed it's decent and there is a beautiful spa available. Definitely would recommend.

They didnt accept us as a couple cause we are not married. We are 30 years old smth people who has a job and wanted to go to a short vacation. I mean in 2020 who are you to decide what people are doing in their bedrooms! I cant believe this rudeness. Please dont let these kind of companies earn any money...

Service is not so good. I had to change the room because of the AC.

I haven't faced problems with the staff, actually they were friendly and tried to help us go around the area.. Internet speed is very good compared to my previous hotel in Istanbul.. Breakfast is ok but don't expect the best..

The staff is the worst, not helpful at all, & pretty rude, Rooms is good & clean, the breakfast is good too, & the locations is one of the best, If they change the staff, it will be the best hotel in town..

Front desk was not helpful, no hanger in the bathroom. No one was at the spa center. Spa opens at 2 pm that was reall bad. Breakfast was good. Clean room, bed were comfortable.

Very good location (5 minute walk to Mavi durak). Very clean and tidy rooms. Lovely staff. Open buffet breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel located in a city centre, with many clubs and cofee shops around. Very hospitable staff with good english speaking skills. Spacious and very clean rooms! #Recomended

A nice hotel on the Serdivan district of Sakarya. The area look like a film set with two story buildings. The hotel is also two storied. The second floor rooms look and feel like penthouses. The hotel accomodates a chic restaurant and Hayal Kahvesi, a known club with live acts. Serdivan is not representative of Sakarya or its centrum, Adapazari as it is a student district catering the University of Sakarya students and staff. It looks more like inland America than western Anatolia.

Check in: 5 September 2022 Reception: not rude but also not helpful. We asked to change our room, they said no rooms available even though we checked on many websites and it was available. We didn’t continue our stay ( the room was full of ants ), we left 2 days earlier and they deducted the full amount. They didn’t even bother to ask us about the reason or if it was from their side. Room: on the 3rd floor with balcony, ceiling of the room very low, not enough lighting in the room very dim, carpet so filthy, room and bathroom were full of ants, telephone not working, minibar not working ( when we asked to fix it, they fixed it next day ), bathroom old but clean, bed sheets clean and bed was comfy. WiFi very slow and poor, curtain felt down I had to fix it by myself coz it was night time. Location: very good, in the middle of the city center, all services next to you; shops, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, … Overall: very bad experience that costs me two days extra money not refunded. We DO NOT recommend this hotel. Staff not to be blamed but the owner. Last time owner replied on reviews was 5 years ago.

Kind personnel, clean rooms, placed in center of Serdivan. Cheap and great hotel.
