The room service was quick and responsive. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the restaurants and shopping area....

😠 Until now, I have stayed in many Hilton hotels in different segments, but this was the first time I had to shower in cold water. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom turned into a lake of water (you can see from the photo). The brand new hotel has obviously fallen victim to cheap workmanship....

👍👍 Eşim ile motor turu için çıktığımız yolculukta otel arayışı içerisindeydik.Yorumlara bakarak Polatlar otelini tercih ettik. Gerçekten mükemmel bir otel odalar temiz ve lüks. Hizmetinden ayrıca memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı harika kullanılan ürünler gayet kaliteliydi. iyi ki gelmişiz dediğimiz bir otel...

😠 O kadar pis bir yer ki Sakarya'da gidilmeyecek yerlerin en başında. Sigara kokusu her yerde. Sadece 15 dk kalabildik. Ücret iadesinde kesinlikle yapamayacaklarını söylediler.. odalarda terlik yok. Banyo havasız.

👍👍 I recommend this place if you like a luxurious but simple stay ; better if you have a car; 30 min from sapança downtown; don’t book anything in small town of Sapança ( this new inn is the best value for your money )

😠 Kalmak için örnek bir oda gösterildi bizlere hayatımda daha rezalet bir yer görmedim. Yatakta yatmayı bırakın üzerine oturamazsınız. Duvarlar sanki yeni asfaltlanmış gibi simsiyahtı. Üzülerek yazıyorum bunları genel bir restorasyon gerekli.
