There aren’t enough good things to say about this studio. Yoga and specifically Lila Studio have complemented my personal healing journey over the past year, tremendously. All the classes are warm, serene, beautiful and moving. It’s a spiritual experience and I love that all the instructors provide a unique style. I knew very little about yoga before becoming a member here, it’s a fantastic studio for any level practice.

This is easily the most beautiful yoga studio I've every been to, and I've been to many across the United States. The ambience is brilliant, and the energy is unbelievable. You feel welcome from the moment you step inside, from warm and friendly staff to the design and layout. Great classes and skilled teachers, highly recommended!! 😊

Lila Studios is the best studio ever! Such a kind staff and amazing vibes. We had an event there and they made it absolutely beautiful and so special for us. Highly recommend as an event space rental or for classes! Coming here will leave you relaxed and feeling like your cup is full!

Yoga is one of the few aspects of my life where I can be completely at ease and vulnerable. Over the last 6ish weeks, I've take a variety of the classes offered here. The classes have beautiful flow and are always presented as an offering allowing you to make your practice your own, only accepting what you need. Expectations float away and it's you, your mat, and the pulsating collective breath of the class. I feel safe here. I feel welcomed here. I feel a sense of community. Come breathe here, you won't be disappointed.

We love this studio! The setting is peaceful and positive. They have a group of teachers who REALLY CARE. They offer a nice variety of different classes. I would recommend Lila Studio for any level of practitioner, beginner to advanced. Try one of the "Candlelight Flow" classes, they are blissful!

Incredible, caring teachers that keep practices fun, insightful, and restorative. Beyond that, they’re consistently great - every class has been top tier and incorporated new and powerful ways to set intention, be present, and achieve your yogi goals. Love how teachers weave in poetry, singing bowls, calming music, and more. Y’all are the best!

Lila is my home away from home. I adore not only Chanda and the wonderful teachers there, but also the community that has been cultivated. If you want a place to get deep into your practice while surrounded by the best people who really care about yoga and the yoga community, practice here.

I had only been to one Yoga class prior to attending Alexa's class at Lila, and the atmosphere/practice/overall impression was amazing for a beginner. I felt like I was progressing already. I'll certainly be back!

I tried their free Saturday class, and it was so great! I have done yoga before, but have stepped away for a number of years. Lila Studio is such a great venue, and the people are so inviting and friendly. 5 stars all the way!

What a beautiful studio! I took the Hatha Yoga class, having Sohan as the teacher. I was deeply comfortable and had a wonderful experience. Sohan was prestigious with her ability to guide, while at the same time, revealing alternative routes to each pose. I never felt or heard anything that would make feel like I was going in a wrong direction. I applaud you, Sohan. You opened up the space and guided all of us through an inner journey, unique to each one of us.

Avenues Yoga is incredible for many reasons, but I am writing this mainly because of my experience with their event services. I recently had my wedding here, and the whole experience was so wonderful. Chanda helped every step of the way, essentially serving the role as our wedding planner! She organized all event rentals, ordered our flowers, provided us with a bartender, helped with setup/cleanup, AND did our photography! Talk about incredible service! The wedding itself was so beautiful- I could not have imagined a better venue. All of our guests had a great time, and I simply cannot thanks Avenues Yoga enough for this.

I purchased the 5 class pass on Groupon a few months ago. Since then I have called several times to inquire about redeeming the class pass and have received no call back despite leaving a message with my name and number each time. The answering machine is for Lila yoga so I know I am calling the right number. I dropped in for a class after it became apparent I would not receive a call back but the instructor said they did not know if my class pass was accepted and said they would have the owner call me. I still have not received a call.

Beautiful space! Lots of room to spread out and lots of nice plants to make it feel like a sanctuary. Chanda was very welcoming and made me feel at home.

I've been a student here for several years, and I love it so much I convinced my husband to have our wedding here. It was absolutely spectacular - the perfect venue - and many of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was, from the picturesque back patio and garden to the beautiful hardwood floors and exposed brick of the studio room. We are so happy to have chosen this place for such a meaningful day of our lives - not to mention that the staff was incredibly helpful with setup, tear down, and generally just making sure everything went as planned. I can't rate it highly enough. Will post pictures when I get them back from the photographer!
