Good room, good view, good food, especially the head chef Mr.Arif. Its a best place for hangout also, the rooftop so cool and cozy

New Hotel in the end of 2022

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the FOX Lite Hotel Samarinda. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the facilities were modern and up to date. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer assistance and advice when needed. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, and we were able to enjoy plenty of activities such as swimming and live music. The location was convenient, close to the city centre and other attractions. All in all, our stay at the FOX Lite Hotel Samarinda was a pleasant and memorable one.

Various attractions are near, the place is excellent for business meetings and special occasions! All of the staffs are accomodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and luxurious

My only complaint is that the very first time I stayed here, the Google TV in the room provided me free access to at least 1 streaming service (It was Disney+ Hotstar back then), but the second and third time I stayed, the Disney+ subscription was gone. The staff said that it might be the previous resident's account but the Google account said otherwise (FOXLite Samarinda). I understand that it might be out of the required expenses but please add that again, because it left such a great first impression to me and it's a shame that such great feature is gone.

The room is a bit pricey compare to the same facilities with the other hotel. Hot water only available in shower, not in the wastafel. Water refill is available in the aisle. Which is great. There is a couch in room. Great to use for getting ready or laying around without messing the bed.

Even though this hotel is expensive it is still worth it because the bed is comfy, warm and there are so many foods. There are all yummy.
