Another useless Oporto Chips put on 2 minutes after burger was ready. Girl was too busy getting a uber order ready This was my second experience with Oporto my last one they couldn't sell me food Put in the feedback but the Operations person never responded Clowns Hilarious the chips were cold Almost an impossible act but obviously the chips I received weren't the ones cooking Idiots Responding to Oporto's post Firstly I have already filled out the form. Secondly I was unable to get a bondi burger at Birtynya SC and I received a excuse blaming covid distancing rules but the distancing rules were not in place in QLD at the time. So just a lie from a a no name email. Thirdly he said I would be contacted by a Senior Manager but that never happened. Fouthly It is obvious that any complaint to OPORTO is not taken seriously yet you continue to serve an inferior product like my Bondi Burger Yesterday, no cheese, cold chips, stale lettuce and bun and a less than service oriented staff member. I doubt this like my first issue will be ignored.

Shame on me for giving Oporto Chermside a second chance. Chicken is still dry and where is the Oprego sauce. This is the driest and tasteless Oporto burger in Brisbane area. To the owner: Please take a trip to another Oporto outlet to taste what a burger should taste like, then apply at your store, repeat this process from now on.

Food was good, but very bad organization, my order was siting waiting and nobody give that to me till i manifest myself to one of the girls, took almost 20 minutes

Service was pleasant. Lots of options. Their hot chips are delish with aioli sauce and do love their Falafel wrap too. I bought a Chicken Salad Bowl and added Halloumi. They gave a balsamic dressing to go which was good although I didn't use it, cutlery set with fork knife and napkin. The Chicken and halloumi were well cooked and tasty. Fresh bed of salad. Delicious and would definitely get this again 😋

I don't know how this place doesn't have more outlets, delicious food always, freshly prepared and piping hot unlike the rest!

Ordered 2 bondi triple burgers online for pick up from Oprto Westfield Chermside. Arrived 5 minutes later than scheduled pick up time. Still Had to wait 10 minutes as they had only just received the order. The chicken was dry and overcooked, had strands of lettuce, sprinkle of tomato. Not sure if it's meant to have cheese but there was none. Much rather go to Maccas where at least it's consistenty bad. Waste of money.

Why is there never any grilled chicken at the store? One of my favourite things is the half chicken box, but there never any chicken. Busy or quiet times. Waiting on delivery is the usual response....

Service is horrible my friend got the wrong sauce on his wrap and my other friend didn’t get his meal but overall the food tasted good but the service could be better

Wait time is absolutely shocking and the staff don’t even give you a heads up or reassurance. You can the staff at the back just laughing and talking and taking their time. Really unfortunate.

Service is ok but the food unfortunately is a huge miss. Chicken is always dry and bland. Burger is tasteless and chips are dry and no seasoning. Been there few times as I always like to give second chances.. but same everytime. Such a shame!

Took a little longer than usual for our order but it was well worth it for the burger, very well made and tasted great. The fryer needs the oil to be changed or filtered I think cause the chips were quite average. But good all round.

The food tastes amazing, The service is really good and the food gets cooked quickly due the fact that only 3-4 people order from there in 10 minutes.

Veggie burger was superb..however not happy with fries..yes fries..they were undercooked..please crank up a lil bit cooking time..its not that difficult. Thanks

WHO CANCELS BREAKFAST MENU COMPLETELY BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE EGGS , two separate occasion we have waited until 10 am to get breakfast from oportos to be told they do not have eggs cannot do breakfast menu. There is a Woolworths less then 5 minutes away , GO BUY SOME EGGS. heck I’ll even go buy them for you ! Since it’s so hard to do

Was my last attempt to try Oporto as every other time it has tasted bad. Again, it’s not great with a long wait to even be served. No one understood how to order, at least 4 people had to come help take my order. Massive question for the staff, why is everyone chewing gum while serving food. The young girl serving was chewing with her mouth open like a cow and leaning on the counter like there was nothing else to do with multiple customers waiting. Horrible experience, chermside Oporto needs to pick up their act.

Oporto is located in the food court of Westfield Chermside, which is always a bit crowded. Food at Oporto is always good. The person taking the order was really soft-spoken and had to request repeatedly to confirm the order. Also, they forgot to keep the cutlery and serviettes.
