Wow, what a tumultuous week we’ve had with a serious medical related issue. My partner and I decided to head out for a nice lunch at neighbourhood coffee roasters. We indulged in a hot and cold batch brew, toasted fig sandwich and vegan sweet. The food was great however the overall experience quickly eroded by incredibly poor customer service of one particular staff member. You could feel the tension behind the counter when we ordered our lunch, which seemed like a break-up gone sour. When we were finally served our order, we were again met with the unpleasant demeanour. The wait staff asked which one of us had ordered the toastie and before we had the opportunity to answer they had walked away like it was a huge inconvenience and someone had taken a huge dump at the table. Sure, their quads were impressive and should be on display in a Hercules movie, but if we wanted to be treated poorly, we would have opted for ‘Karen’s Diner’. Thanks but no thanks.

My toastie has a slither of ham, barely any cheese and nothing special about the bread. A high price for something very understated. Even if to be part of a "coffee special" which still would have made me feel ripped off. Too many basic places around at the moment...

I ordered Rwanda on V60 and they served Brazilian coffee! The coffee was cool. There was only one option of the single origin coffee beans! I went three times to ask the staff to bring the almond croissant. They brought it after I drank the coffee! I would say that I faced lack of service! The staff were not friendly and professional. No one of them help to find coffee beans.

Friendly staff, fast service, smooth and hot coffee. They also have food options, but no gluten free options though. They roast their own beans and have a wide selection of fresh roasted bean options for purchase up to 1kg pre-packaged and larger sizes on order. If you're after a coffee shop that sells all the coffee and some tea making options for the cafe' aficionado. Then come on down to Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters.

Today my wife and I had one of the nicest coffees we have had in a very long time. It was also very well priced. When you both comment that you still have a really lovely taste of coffee in your mouth long after having left you know that you have had a seriously good coffee. Will definitely be back.

I came across while visiting another shop nearby. I was blown by the greenery interior - love it! I'll come back again and try different blends. Do you have any tasting pack for coffee? Would love to try different flavours!

Great coffee and coffee beans. I’ve tried their cold brew, very refreshing ideal for a hot day. Design is lovely, with the roaster being inside.

I came here for the first time this morning, and I absolutely loved it. The coffee was so smooth and tasted perfect and I had toasted banana bread with cinnamon and butter. So yum. Alongside this, the atmosphere is so calming and a great space to start the day and the staff were engaging and genuinely seemed they enjoyed being there! What a difference the smalls things make. Anyways, I rate Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters a 10/10 and I can’t wait to return! :)

This is some special specialty coffee! I come here quite often with my 12 person family and giant dog, and the staff is super nice and accommodating; they always make space for us and even let us rearrange the tables so that we fit. The coffee is exceptional and the avo on toast with chili oil is a must have!

Can’t speak highly enough of the coffee and people here. When I was living and working in Brisbane, this was my go to!

This is my local coffee place and that’s saying something, as I have to walk past at least four other places to get there from home. Smooth Operator is my favourite take home blend for the Aeropress and there’s a free coffee brewed in house with every bag. Can’t go wrong with that.

The coffee is spot on every time and they do alternative milks to perfection! The avo toast options are super tasty - my favourite is the black bean and chilli oil.

Hands down the best coffee beans 🙌🏼! Whenever people visit our house for a coffee they ask where we buy our beans from - and I’m always happy to point them to a local, friendly and delicious cafe like Neighbourhood.

A roastery cafe in a small industrial estate that has exceptional coffee. A cool & inviting fit out with plenty of room to stretch your legs and bask in the sunshine. Knowledgeable and professional staff who have a real passion for their craft, the decadent sweets & homemade biscuits are a must!

Beautiful spot for a coffee and relax, chat with a friend. Limited selection of drinks and food, but the location makes up for it.

The closest chocolate profile on a coffee I have ever tasted. I tried the smooth operator blend. It has fruity fig and chocolate notes, but mostly chocolate, especially if you have milk.

Friendly staff, great long black, gluten free/vegan/refined sugar free slices. Coffee n tea products/retail also.
