Really impressed with the level of customer service here. Checked in late at around 12 am, not just one but two people behind the desk waiting. Within 30 seconds we were checked in with all information we needed for the shuttle. The next morning the shuttle was able to get us to the airport car rental and we were back at the hotel enjoying breakfast within 10 minutes. Staff spent time having conversations and checking in with guests. Would not only stay here again but would definitely think about staying at other Drury Plaza's.

This is the better property near the airport if you're looking for this chain. It's just a property. It's a bit of a letdown compared to this property. They both offer the same amenities. The rooms here are superior and they offer like most chains, the veteran or military discount if you're looking for that. I would recommend staying here above all others. Should I ever find myself in this town near the airport? This will be the property I'll be staying at. Hope to see you here Some day.

So my family and I decided to stay in San Antonio one more day and needed another hotel to stay in. Being last minute, looking for a cheap room, it wasn't bad at all. The room was nice, although the one we stayed in was quite small, especially the bathroom. The atmosphere was really nice and the pool was pretty big. There is free breakfast and dinner which was nice. In the evening you also get 3 free alcoholic beverages for each night of your stay. There is also an Applebee's on the same property so if you don't want the dinner they serve you can walk over there. The parking lot is secured; you'll get a key code when you check in. when I was outside at night there was someone driving aroind a golf cart checking license plates making sure that only guests were parked there, which in my opinion is a plus. This hotel is only about 10 minutes or so from downtown San Antonio. So, overall this was better than the holiday inn that I recently reviewed.

I arrived early but my deluxe room wasn’t ready so they gave me a room further away; it was very nice. Some of the plumbing was a little dated, but the rest of the room was great. Comfortable bed and got a great night’s rest. Water pressure could have been higher and had to wait for hot water, but I was happy. If you have found this review helpful please click like.

Room was small. Can hear the noise of vehicles from the roads and highway. Toilet was not working but maintenance was good and was able to repair it when we settle down. Toilet again would not flush late in the night but my wife had to troubleshoot it and shake, tap on the parts inside which she got it to work again but lost some sleep. Location and customer service was good.

Immaculate, overly courteous staff, and comfy beds. Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is rare that you go to a hotel nowadays where the staff have a sense of pride about the place that is clearly evident. If I'm back in SA, I'll stay nowhere else!

What a pleasant surprise. We are locals that stayed here the night before my husband's early morning surgery. Driving in the dark isn't our thing. Amanda greeted us at reception and was a breath of fresh air after fighting rush hour traffic. The hotel offers covered parking, a Happy Hour called Kickback at 5:30 which is basically a light dinner with a good choice of items and includes three free beverages per person. Our morning departure didn't allow us to enjoy breakfast but the fare looked nice. We had the king room with microwave and fridge. The bed was very comfortable. We'll be back in 2 weeks, looking forward to our next visit.

Great service, good clean rooms. Decent size of the room and the tv was fully functional ( seen issues at Hiltons of the world). Great parking arrangement and surprising free snack in the evening that is almost a meal. All in all very good experience. The breakfast also had a decent spread with good service by the hotel staff.

Hubby is spending a few weeks here for work, so the kids and I decided to drive there and spend the weekend with him. I'm very happy with this hotel, and I'm one of those people who do not like sleeping away from home. The bed was really comfy. Kids slept on a pull out couch, with their own TV. Sliding door to separate the bedroom for mommy daddy alone time lol wish it locked though. Everything was clean, and the lobby/rooms all look nice. I had a few minor complaints, like the door not locking & the mini fridge froze everything you put in it without a way to turn down the temp. Pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned, but it was windy and all of the debris was from the trees above. The staff were nice, food was decent, shower had good water pressure. I definitely recommend! Location was close to everything. We had so much fun, I'm thinking about going back next weekend.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget or something last minute that's safe and secure with a restaurant next door and quick access to the 410 freeway. I needed to find a place to stay at the last minute late at night due to finding unwanted rodents. I wanted a hotel that allows my large dog weighing almost 70 pounds to stay with me. This hotel stated he could stay for a fee, which is understandable. I also wanted a secure parking garage to prevent theft. This hotel provided all of this and helped make sure I had a room closer to the exits to take my dog outside when needed. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was great too. From the phone call to reserve a room to the amazing and courteous staff (night front desk, security patrol, and rest of staff), they were excellent. I miss great, friendly customer service and this place excels at this. They really listen to help accommodate to make your stay pleasant and stress free. Even my dog was happy staying here and not stressed. I will definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful except for the fact you have to request to get your room cleaned or get clean linens. This request has to be made 24hours before service rendered. This was never told to me at any time during my visit until the third day of my stay and I didn't have 24 hours before I left. I did get a set of towels and wash cloth from the front desk Other than that I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was nice, hotel was very clean, food was great. Five Stars Drury Plaza but if you can't change your cleaning policy at least make your policy known upfront.

My wife Patty and I were there for four days in Oct 2023. I have to say that we were very impressed with the hotel accommodations, the staff from top to bottom, especially Rene, who managed the dining room and the other managers who took all questions and concerns as if were their own. The value, which included breakfast, kickback bar and a real dinner which is included, is the best. Really, the hotel seemed to be an attraction of it`s own and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I can't express how wonderful this place is on all the accommodations. The front desk team and especially the Manager Fabian, is fantastic. I truly appreciate it, and I am very thankful for how genuine, true management skills that the manager Fabian showed me and my family. Thank you, Fabian! Excellent customer service, clean, well equipped rooms! I called once I landed and the hotel shuttle was there within 10 mins. I was in town to purchase a vehicle at a nearby dealership and when the process took FAR too long, they graciously allowed a late check out to take the time pressure off of me. The hot breakfast offered was excellent and by far the best I’ve had at any hotel. The room was clean and check in process smooth and quick. I’d highly recommend and will stay her again if I happen to come back to San Antonio.

This is a nicely appointed hotel very close to the San Antonio airport. The free airport shuttle was very nice. The free breakfast at the most options I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The lobby and rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

I love this hotel and my kids too. Very good room size. Very good breakfast and they offer free dinner too Very nice place. High quality bedding and staff is very nice . Last but not least parking is very good. And it's near by every thing.

I didn't expect to have a couch and s much furniture in the room. Very nice. The room was clean. The AC was not as cool as I would have liked, and the hot water for the shower was not as hot. When I told the front desk, he said he would have maintenance look into it. I enjoyed the free drink and snacks (pork sliders and hot dogs) for the hotel guest between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Breakfast was also free, starting at 6:00 am. The hotel shuttle from the hotel to the airport was about 10 minutes with a safe and friendly driver. I would stay here again.

Our group had never stayed at a Drury Plaza before. They were so excited for they never had service nor such friendliness. Everyone one were great. Our hats off to all the staff.

I had a 4 night stay here and I enjoyed it immensely. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would like to mention the front desk personnel Courtney she was such a big help to us and even printed out some kid friendly things for us to do. She was very professional and prompt to solve any issues we encountered. She is the best of the best and made our stay great!

We travel to San Antonio often throughout the year and we always stay at the Drury hotel by the airport. It’s just so convenient for us. It’s the only hotel my husband will let me book when we go! The staff is so nice and inviting. The breakfast is good, I love the kickback hour specials they offer and my kids love the pool! We have never had a bad experience there and I hope it stays that way!

This hotel is worth every penny that you spend. The front desk ladies are extremely helpful and very kind. I stayed here just a couple weeks ago and upon checking in my reserved room was apparently not ready for me to check into. The lady at the front desk said that it had not been cleaned yet so, one of the managers went upstairs and checked on it personally himself, and when he got into the room, it actually was clean and was just mark not marked off the list yet. And just because there was a little bit of a wait time for him having to check to see if my room was clean the lady at the front desk signed me up for jury rewards and gave me a free night stay at any Druery hotel do utilize whenever I wanted just for my troubles, this hotel also offers an amazing breakfast that has tons of choices. They offered waffles, oatmeal, toast, cereal, breakfast sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, different kinds of pastries, pancakes, and several other things. They also offer three complementary alcoholic beverages for every adult in your party as well as a complementary dinner on the nights that you stay at their hotel, they also provided me an extra cot that they brought up to my room to accommodate the extra child that I had with me so she could be comfortable in her own bed. anytime I visit San Antonio I will be staying at this hotel. These people go above and beyond to try to make you comfortable and relaxed for any occasion.

This hotel was very clean. They offer 3 adult beverages each night you stay there and free breakfast. I was very impressed, I have never stayed at a Drury Inn before and it was perfect for our short stay. Thank you for accommodating my fiance and I.

Excellent price, friendly staff, and very cozy. You feel like you are at home. We stayed in a room that it was supposed to be for 3 or 4 people. We had like a small apartment to ourselves with small kitchen, leaving room and dining table. The view from the hotel wasn't impressive at all, because it is in front of a highway but the place was very convenient. Breakfast and dinner was included. Their menu is simple but very good 👍 specially for the price since Breakfast and dinner It are included!!!!! Also every day after 5:30 pm you can have up to 3 drinks!!! We simply loved it. The Indian or Bangladesh looking guy, in the bar was simply PERFECT 👌. Excellent service with always a smile. All waitress were good too. We highly recommend this hotel. When we visit San Antonio, we would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the Staff led by Manager Fabian Hernandez and their General Manager Xavier was very friendly they always asked us how we were doing during breakfast, dinner, the pool or anywhere throughout the hotel. All the way down to the housekeepers they always smiled or greeted you. Excellent crew at Drury by the airport.

The staff in general is the star of this place, they're always very kind and chatty, and goes beyond their job specially during breakfast. We were there on Thanksgiving and gave my kids crayons, candies and stickers related to the celebration. I had a 2 queen bed + queen sofa separated by a door, and it was clean, big enough, with a microwave and mini refrigerator. I also have to mentioned the very convenient covered and gated parking which is free. I would only point that the first night I request an extra blanket to the front desk and never received it as they told, until the second night when we went to ask directly to front desk. Also, you have to request every time and 24 hrs ahead if you want your room to be cleaned and they not always do it even when you request it, in my 5 night stay it was cleaned just once however I think in general the price/value was ok, and congratulations to the staff who made us feel really welcomed!

Perfect stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was really good both breakfast and dinner. The drinks were very good as well. The room was very large clean and comfortable. The parking garage was very convenient. We definitely will be back for sure.

I had a bedroom and living area, small kitchen with microwave and mini-fridge and bathroom. There's breakfast and dinner everyday. Sometimes they serve the same food. Hotdogs and nachos with jalapenos are available every evening. There's coffee, tea, and 2 soda machines. An outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and a fitness center are available. Rooms have AC with an adjustable thermostat. If you want your trash emptied, set the cans outside the door, toilet paper, ask the front desk. The treadmills have TVs attached to them which is nice.

Holy smokes is this place clean! I stopped by while waiting for a second shuttle and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness. Staff is super nice and helpful. While waiting, someone had dropped a glass and it broke with the liquids all over the ground. A manager and another man immediately came over and started to get the mess cleaned up. It says a lot when a manager steps in and assist. From my brief experience here, I would recommend this place.

Well unfortunately I only stayed here for a night during processing for MEPS about a few weeks ago, but over all the experience went extremely well! The staff were great, and don't get me started with the rooms! The rooms were amazing and so spacious, overall great place to stay! Definitely going to stay here again when I visit San Antonio with the family!

The staff was amazing Free Breakfast and it was like a buffer with Everything, they have something called a snack time which was pretty much a dinner buffet for Free as well with 3 complimentary drinks per adult. The rooms were so nice and the price was unbelievable for all the Perck's that come with your stay! Fitness center, pool, jacuzzi, and a laundry room on tip of everything else. They also have a shuttle that'll get you around to a few places. Our stay was just AMAZING! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Both my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner buffet along with the 3 free evening drinks was a plus. The shuttle drivers were very accommodating. The only thing I didn't like about my stay is the fact that I couldn't stay longer.i highly recommend to stay there whenever visiting San Antonio.

Clean rooms, and a super staff. Front desk help was polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were both very impressive and the workers were friendly and did an amazing job keeping the tables cleaned and the buffet food fresh, and they smiled while doing it! Nice place, very good value.
