Good food but won't let paying customers use bathroom because they don't want homeless people who buy something to use their bathroom. Tired of places that won't let use the facilities. Some of us like to wash our hands before eating and actually need to relieve ourselves occasionally. Won't buy at any place that locks facilities because their to lazy to clean them!!

Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen that serves food. Plus a 45 minute wait for just a toasted bagel! Dining room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, sticky tables, chairs, unkept bathroom with clogged toilet and urininal is no soap or paper towels.. Stay away for your health and safety!

Such a nice personnel here ! I ordered Avocado toast on a spinach Florentine bagel with eggs on top, which is my routine order every time. They made it fast and also it was designed nice which I haven’t seen in other locations . I’m giving a 5 start to this location and I recommend here as a good place for having your break fast!

Young girl with the french braids is rude as funk. I was being kind and she was rude for no reason even raising her voice in a rude tone to me when i couldn't hear her because it was so loud. I asked her what a bagel had on it specifically and she got irritated and had to look it up even though i was waiting patiently for 10 mins at the register with no acknowledgement. She seemed frustrated by her job as if it annoyed her. Get a stay at home job mmkay

When you come here you can't expect too much. The bagels are good and the coffee was good. I like the quantity of bagel flavors. Always come out cooked well and good amount of cream cheese. It was kinda clean, not terrible. Ordering was a little bit of a mess. But in the end I got what I wanted. Only non dairy option is almond milk, it's not 2001 anymore guys. Offer more non dairy options. Even had to change my coffee order because the cold brews shake she said had milk in it. So just went with a basic latte with almond milk. I would come back. A lot of people on here acting like this is a five star restaurant.

Food is ok. The Customer Service on the other hand is consistently not at its best. Employees are to say at least, not friendly most of the times, they need to learn to be more pleasant or switch jobs if they are not happy with what they do. No dinning inside when everyone else already lifted the restrictions a while ago and no restrooms available either. I'll stop coming here for a while hope to see some improvement in the future.

There’s an “Order Here” sign on one side and “Pick Up” sign on the other side. The employees ignore those so it’s confusing where you’re supposed to order. Restrooms are locked and employee told me she would need to open it but never did. Apparently they don’t use a key code access for it. I was overcharged for my order.

Worst customer service. First and last time trying them. I will continue to buy from breuggers bagels instead, it’s worth the drive to Coronado if it means I never have to deal with the vile service I received here. To the lady who took my order and talked bad about me in the back room I COULD hear you and I hope whatever happened in your life to make you so hateful and mean to others for no good reason, well I just hope things get better for you.

The place is filthy. Not very busy with too many employees just standing around. Took about 15 minutes from ordering to receiving an iced vanilla latte and one of their signature bagels. And they were out of the bagels advertised for their signature bagels. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

I haven't been inside but ordered delivery from this location to cater a breakfast. The order was completely wrong, missing half the items including huge things like the multiple containers of coffee and all the cream cheeses. I sent the driver back to correct the order and he returned still missing so many things, but just left the food and left without letting me check. They don't answer the phone if you need to call to try to correct things. I would never order from this location if you're looking for delivery.

Yesterday & Today we’re my first times coming here. Employees seem well trained and professional and the product is good. But boy oh boy that lobby is a mess. I was asked twice each day where the line was by other customers. Then heard others asking each other later. One lady commented on the line switching sometimes. My diagnosis is the no sitting. Those who’ve ordered already just stand randomly everywhere, it looks like a concert crowd when first walking in. Then they set orders on the counter without any division. Lady took my hot chocolate yesterday lol. It was fine, they happily made another. I just felt bad for the workers who seem to do a great job despit the lack of lobby structure. Customers were noticeably tense without any guidance or seating. Hope management can help y’all out!

The worst service ever. Management should pay more attention to what their employees do. Dirty place. Cold coffee. No creamers on the counter. You have to wait the cashier when he get your order at least for 5 minutes

I saw this place after work and knew I had to go. Today I wanted to try a new thing out of my usual routine, so I got a French toast bagel with maple spread! I couldn't wait till I got home to try this new bagel (new for me) It was good but then it just becomes too much spread and then its ok. I got my usual chocolate chip bagel with peanut butter just in case this would happen. Still happy with everything and the service at this location.

Great quality bagels and bagel sandwiches. Perfect for lunch dinner or snack. The potato bagel is the best!!! I came in for 2 toasted bagels at 2:30 in the afternoon. The staff seemed like they were done with the day and not helpful. As I was there I saw that was not totally the case. The girl behind the counter gave a man his bagel sandwich and apologized for the length of his wait. She offered him a muffin of his choice to make up for it. He accepted and was truly thankful for her gesture. That was nice to witness. My bagels were as requested and delicious. I did not have a long wait. Thanks

They had a variety of food. I ordered a blueberry muffin and recieved a free bagel for down loading the app. The was okay. I also. Tried to order a burrito and found out that it was uncustomizable because it was pre-made.

Good, fresh, hot bagels that are made to my custom tastes. Staff is always friendly and quick. I stop by here at least twice a week. Highly recommend.

Pretty cool place. My friend and I got some morning bagels. The girl at the register was the type of person to go 0/4 while playing jenga though. She knew me by name somehow. Pretty peculiar. Probably should keep an eye out for her.

Bread, butter and cheese. I can live off of these por vida. But dang on, I don't want a cholesterol clog. Best bagel brand across the nation. Every variety to meet a range of tastes, there's even puppy bagels-go figure. Whatever topping you choose, smears, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, or margarine request "easy or light".
