****IF
YOU
ARE
UNABLE
TO
CLIMB
STAIRS
OR
YOU
USE
AN
ASSISTIVE
DEVICE
THIS
IS
NOT
THE
HOTEL
FOR
YOU****
When
we
arrived,
the
receptionist
took
our
information
to
look
up
the
booking,
told
us
the
amount,
charged
us,
gave
us
the
room
key,
for
a
room
on
the
5th
floor
and
after
all
that,
THEN
told
us
that
the
elevator
was
not
working
and
they
planned
to
have
it
fixed
on
Monday.
We
checked
in
on
Saturday.
Had
we
known
the
elevator
was
non
functional,
(before
we
were
charged!),
we
would
have
booked
elsewhere.
My
aunts
are
older
and
had
a
very
difficult
time
going
up
and
down
five
flights
of
stairs
for
what
turned
out
to
be
our
entire
trip.
Anytime
we
would
inquire
about
the
elevator
being
fixed
it
was
just
another
delay
to
the
next
day.
Then,
after
speaking
with
an
employee,
we
were
told
the
elevator
had
been
out
for
a
week!
We
paid
good
money
for
this
room.
First,
information
to
contact
an
owner
was
offered
but
the
guy
must
have
changed
his
mind
because
he
asked
for
my
information
instead.
I
have
yet
to
hear
from
someone,
it's
been
almost
2
weeks.
The
room
was
small
but
cute,
only
highlight
of
this
place.
After
housekeeping
was
in
our
room
the
second
time,
they
left
dirty
towels
they
must
have
used
to
clean,
on
our
toilet.
There
was
only
one
garbage
can
in
the
WHOLE
room.
Three
stars
for
service
for
the
two
employees
who
were
very
helpful
while
we
were
there.
Offering
suggestions
for
things
to
do,
offered
us
water
and
took
our
luggage
upstairs.
