Spin shoes have to be worn and thereā€™s a $3 charge if you donā€™t have your own. If you have a chance to go to Kamilleā€™s class then DO IT! Instagram: @Lilfitmiss

SoulCycle San Francisco: Where Sweat Meets Sass and Pedals Become Partners in Crime Buckle up, my fellow fitness enthusiasts, for I'm about to take you on a thrilling ride through the captivating world of SoulCycle San Franciscoā€”a place where sweat, sass, and spinning unite in a symphony of endorphins and empowering beats. Get ready to clip in and embark on a journey like no other! SoulCycle San Francisco, where pedaling becomes a passionate pursuit and the rhythm of the room electrifies your spirit. From the moment you enter this temple of sweat and determination, you're greeted with an energy that's contagiousā€”a whirlwind of motivation that propels you towards your fitness goals with style and flair. Let's talk about the instructors, those charismatic leaders who guide you through the physical and mental challenges with a touch of wit and wisdom. They are not just spin instructors; they are conductors of an adrenaline-fueled orchestra, crafting a playlist that pulsates through your veins and pushes you to pedal harder. With their contagious enthusiasm and motivating cues, they transform the stationary bike into a vehicle of empowerment, where you feel the rush of accomplishment with every revolution. But wait, there's more! SoulCycle San Francisco is not just a workoutā€”it's an immersive experience that engages all your senses. The dimly lit room, adorned with neon lights and pumping music, creates an atmosphere that's nothing short of electrifying. The camaraderie among fellow riders is palpable, as you sweat side by side, sharing encouraging nods and knowing smiles. It's like being part of a tribe where sweat is the currency, and motivation is the language spoken. Now, let's talk about the workout itselfā€”a soulful blend of cardio, strength, and soul-searching. With every pedal stroke, you feel the burn in your muscles and the release of stress from your mind. It's a cathartic journey, where you push past your limits and discover the strength within you. And amidst the challenging intervals and climbs, there's always a witty remark from the instructor to keep your spirits high and your smile intact. In conclusion, SoulCycle San Francisco is not just a fitness studioā€”it's a sanctuary where body, mind, and sass collide. It's a place where sweat is celebrated, where beats fuel your determination, and where every pedal stroke becomes a step towards self-discovery. So, grab your cycling shoes, unleash your inner warrior, and join the SoulCycle revolution. SoulCycle San Franciscoā€”where sweat meets sass and pedals become partners in crime.

This location is 25miles from my home (meaning I pass TWO other soul locations just to ride here) but Paula and Tirrell are more than worth it. In addition to the Castro district being a fun and welcoming place; these two melanin rich instructors bring authentic SOUL and HAPPINESS to each and every ride. I HIGHLY recommend booking a bike with either of them šŸ’•

The instructor was so supportive of going at your own pace, and he was so pumped. The whole class had so much energy. He incorporated some weights and did a combination of sprints and slower activity. The staff was all very friendly, and the showers are very clean. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, and towels. Also had hair dryers. Amazing experience!

I have been going consistently to soulcycle Castro for almost a year now and I have such a blast every time I go! I would say my favorite instructor but they all have such fun energy and their own styles and Ive learn something different about technique from each of them. They also have their own unique DJing which really adds to the class. Devin loves his 80s throwbacks, Marissa loves her pop and rap, Joe is a TS bestie, Casey is an Odesza fan, Chris loves his EDM, Paula is always making funny comparisons of weights time like getting off the waitlist at your favorite restaurant and so much more! Iā€™ve been to soulcycle in 4 cities and this is by far my favorite. The front desk is always so nice and helpful. Will keep coming!

I live in SD and my wife surprised me on a trip to SF, since I already do SoulCycle in SD, I naturally had to go to the ones in SF. On my birthday I went to this location and took a class with Kamelle, and personally I think he was the best. Kamelle, I only met you on my birthday for this class, and in 45 mins of knowing you I fell in love with your energy, youā€™re an inspiration and you have no idea how unforgettable you made my birthday. I will come back and take your classes ALWAYS. I hope you come to SD sometime too.

I've been going to SoulCycle regularly for 4 years, including riding the SoulCycle at Home bike, but the Castro location is my absolute favorite. You feel welcomed and appreciated the minute you walk in, and they truly take time to get to know you. At the very beginning, I was only going once a week, and within a few weeks, they recognized me by name. It's so lovely to walk in and have them say, "Good Morning, Jaymie Lynn. I have you all checked in, is there anything else you need?" It's funny to me that negative reviews talk about being asked to put phones away. Are we as a society so tied to technology that we can't disconnect for 45 minutes? Part of the culture is for you to fully engage in yourself, and they clearly outline this policy. They also say if you're worried about a potential emergency, you can ask the front desk to keep your phone and alert you if something comes through. (Which I know the team would be happy to do to ensure you have some peace of mind!)

What a pity that such a great cycling experience was erased in the moment they took my cellphone away. I dont understand this logic and reasoning, what happens if there is an emergency at home? Also, if they are going to take your cellphone away, at least be responsible if it gets stolen right? So disappointing.

I LOVE Soul Cycle, but this is not the greatest location if you don't have a lot of time to get there early. The space is oddly shaped, so youā€™re constantly elbowing people or in someone else's way while you're getting ready for class. There's a serious lack of bathrooms and changing rooms. Staff is awesome and helpful.

I have taken 7 classes here during an unlimited into package. All of the instructors and staff here are amazing!! Minus 1 star for the audio system (itā€™s often very difficult to hear the instructors for some reason during the classes. Iā€™ve never experienced this at other studios), the lack of ride stats, and the extraordinarily high cost. Also, this studio is very choreography and endurance heavy, as opposed to HIIT styleā€¦ but thatā€™s just personal preference, so I didnā€™t account for that in my rating.

Great, positive energy and helpful, friendly staff. It was my first time and I had the best experience. Molli was the instructor and she kept me smiling throughout the whole class, even through the pain. Claire was so sweet and made sure to walk me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I'd come again!

It's fine. The changing areas are smaller than at some others I've been to, and really pretty lacking in space generally. I've taken Nikki's class twice but I will definitely try to avoid taking a class from her again. The music was pretty terrible (weird mixes that didn't blend together at all) and I have a hard time understanding her instructions (maybe she mumbles?). I feel bad criticizing a particular instructor because she was very nice, but I just didn't enjoy her class either time.

This studio is amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel safe here. Beginners are welcome and will love the class, I just highly recommend making sure to come early to set up the bike and settle in! I have never had a class I didnā€™t like here at SoulCycle Castro! My fav classes so far have been with Jarreau and Marissa, but you canā€™t go wrong with anyone. Thank you for creating this beautiful space šŸ’›

Of all the SoulCycle locations... this is the one I MOST wanted to see and experience. Iā€™d seen it on Instagram so many times with the pride flags flying. Theyā€™ve got lots of space inside and you really just canā€™t beat the vibe. Youā€™ll get a solid workout and have fun while doing it. See you on the bike!
