I brought a family gold chain in for repair. Pricing was very reasonable. Picked it up a week later. The following week a dog jumped on me and broke the chain! Brought it back in for repair. Picked it up same day. The owner repaired very kindly repaired it for free. So nice. I'd be happy to recommend this place to family and friends.

I found the store on yelp and I am happy that I went by the recommendations. The watch battery was replaced while waiting for $10 and (I guess the owner) explained me where he made a note of the replacement date inside the cover.

Incredible customer service! I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get a couple of antique rings resized, fully prepared to be asked to come back on a different day because it was close to their closing time, but Jack assured me they'd take care of me. He offered me (and everyone else) a bottle of water, showed me to a seat, and quickly assessed the rings and listened to what I needed. He had the jeweler resize each ring gradually - adjusting a little bit and having me try it on each time until we got to the perfect fit. AND he cleaned my diamond earrings while I waited! It was hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'll definitely be coming back for all my future jewelry purchases.
