Excellent b&b. Really cozy Victorian house. Amazing staff good breakfast. The house is beautiful and they have complementary water, coffee, wine and cookies. I don’t put five stars due to the fact that the room we were in (balcony room) was super small and bathroom had zero privacy with it. Everything else was superb

We had a four night stay here for our anniversary. The inn was beyond charming and full of antique charm while still being updated. The parking in the back and along the building was enough for everyone although it can be a bit of a squeeze later at night. We stayed in the Partridge room which was even more spacious in person than in the photos. There was a nice gift left for us by the inn for our anniversary and a nice note. The room was very clean but still personable with antique wallpaper, cabinets and chairs. There was a personal ac unit and heater inside as well which we used on the cold nights and warmer days. The breakfasts were delicious and they were very accommodating to our dietary needs that we notified them of in advance. Each breakfast is served to you by the staff and not a buffet style which was very homey and impressive. We used the inn as a base to walk to downtown Santa Barbara and they had a great book of recommendations left in the room for us. There was also complimentary cookies and wine in the afternoon as well as a water machine to fill my water bottle after walking which I really loved. Overall a 10 out of 10, we would definitely stay here again. It was really easy to feel comfortable here and we'd love to explore another unique room.

Our first time staying at Bath Street Inn and we really loved it! We stayed in Susan's Loft, very clean, cozy and comfy. Comfortable bed which makes a big difference. Balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Big, filling, yummy breakfast included each morning and we never had the same breakfast twice. Ate breakfast in the nice courtyard between the two houses. Beverages available all day with white wine and cookies at night. Yolanda and her staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice Inn, far better than corporate hotels. We had a wonderful hot breakfast on the patio in the sunshine (quiche, fruit, granola/yogurt, toast). We stayed in Susan's loft which has a private balcony with a panoramic mountain view. The room itself is quaint/cozy, not huge, but big enough. Only warning is do not stay in this particular room if you have claustrophobia because the room with the toilet is VERY tiny and could be a problem for those who have issues with very closed-in spaces.

Bath street Inn is my Vintage dreams come true! If you are looking for a charming Inn that has beautiful vintage furnishings and concept this is it. The cleanliness of the inn was beyond! The staff is very kind and accommodating, they are lovely people with amazing energy. Breakfast is homemade and it’s set up on their beautiful patio. We stayed at the Tiffany Room, our view from the claw tub was the beautiful mountains and their natural organic shampoos and soaps left my skin and hair so shiny! The house has so much charm and unique details, from blankets for picnics, to a reading book, to vhs tapes and player for you to enjoy a movie! They serve tea and wine and cheese in the evening. They also informed us they are a vegetarian Inn! Meaning they don’t serve meat! They do have fresh farm eggs for breakfast with amazing homemade French toast! We will definitely be back we loved this beautiful hidden gem!!

Our first time in a Bed and Breakfast and it did not disappoint. The Inn Keeper Vikki was super sweet and welcoming. The cookies were amazing and the breakfast was too. You are served at your choice of indoor or outdoor seating and are treated like family.

Easily accessed off the PCH, Bath Street Inn was a very well located haven on our weekend roadtrip. An easy walk to downtown Santa Barbara with its urban wine trail, theaters and harbourfront, Vicki and the team ran a welcoming base. There is a lovely breakfast on the outside patio, gorgeous cookies at tea time, and a wine service in the evening. Bathroom amenities were good as well. Everything was spick and span, and parking was ample. Apart from access to Santa Barbara, it was an easy drive to Solvang, Los Olivos, Cold Spring Tavern, hikes off the 154...

The room we stayed in, the Susan’s Loft was teeny tiny and in my opinion not worth the money. It’s literally a room made out of an attic with a microscopic shower that’s open to the room and a toilet that is 2 foot away from the head of the bed. The service didn’t make me feel very welcome and wasn’t anywhere near the level I’ve come to expect from other B&B’s we’ve stayed in in the past. The breakfast was delicious so I’ll give them that. Overall not worth the money in my opinion.

Super lovely and cute Bed and Breakfast. Great location where the street is quiet and yet you can walk to State St easily. They were even able to accommodate one of us being gluten free and the other dairy free at breakfast. They also saw we had two bicycles and offered us a safe place to keep them. Just fantastic and friendly service in a cute room. Would stay again.

Great service with an excellent breakfast daily! Home baked cookies daily in the afternoon and evening three different choices. Wine in the early evening 5:30-6:30pm daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Board games, books, and open sitting areas both inside and outside. Free parking on the property. Near State Street walking distance.

This is an older, historic like Inn. It reminded me of a B & B I stayed at in Ireland. My hostess was Vicky, she was amazing from the start. The price was good. It was a small, clean and quaint room. The bed was very cozy. I slept great. Vicky was so thoughtful and packed a breakfast for the road. She's a keeper. Cute place, great cookies and baked goods with jam. Thank you Vicky ❤️ See you again sometime. Kristina

Such a charming one night getaway stay during the floods and Santa Barbara weather. The cookie and tea hour was delicious and wonderful breakfast thoughtfully prepared in the morning! Every detail of the room (I stayed in the Abigail Room) was special - from the furniture to the doorknobs and molding. The house itself is a Victorian gem and the architecture and design makes it all the more magical. The staff is wonderful as well, so kind. The check-in and out process was so seamless, all done through codes on your phone and made to be intuitive and simple. The spaces were all so quaint and peaceful and I truly loved my stay! As a local, I will absolutely recommend to anyone visiting and remember this great stay for the future.

Had the most relaxing President’s Day weekend at the Bath Street Inn. Vicky was wonderful and friendly. We had the Summer Room, it had a firm, comfortable king size bed and the window view had a view of the mountains. The breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh fruit, granola, coffee, tea, yogurt, and each day the entree was different. One morning it was an egg bake and the next was banana French toast. The back patio was so nice, and it got morning sun which was perfect for breakfast. Water, tea, coffee, available all day and night. At around 4 p.m. fresh baked cookies that made the inn smell so good were available. The front porch had two rocking chairs to relax in and got nice afternoon sun. All different kinds of games, movies, and books available throughout the inn. Overall, such an enjoyable and pleasant stay, we hope to visit again!

First time staying at a B&B and we are stoked about how pleasant of an experience it was. So lovely, charming, and quaint. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff was so accommodating to our dietary needs, having vegan options available. Parking was super convenient. Didn't do much walking around the area. Attended a wedding nearby at the gorgeous courthouse. Looking forward to coming back to Santa Barbara and will definitely stay at Bath Street Inn again!

Comfortable, cozy, clean B&B in a great location. Excellent breakfast - today: granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, poached egg, stuffed French toast and OJ. Coffee, tea and ice water always available.

Most significant complaint was the shower in the tub/shower combo. The whole pole came off the wall when trying to use the wand. I was able to reinstall it but the hose part was twisted so that the water would just hit the wall. My wife had to literally hold the wand in one hand the entire time while soaping, etc. with the other. Very frustrating experience for her. And we never saw or heard from a host the entire time we were there to even let them know of our difficulties. Expensive and frustrating. Breakfast service was fine.

A quaint and tranquil bed and breakfast in the heart of Santa Barbara. Stayed for two nights for our anniversary, and it was our first BnB (not Airbnb) experience. We stayed in the Country suite, and it was a nice studio size. We most definitely enjoyed waking up to delicious breakfast in the morning, freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, and wine hour in the evening (all complimentary). Refreshments available all day. Thank you to the great staff for an amazing experience!

Lovely place to stay in Santa Barbara. The view was lovely (we got the Susan loft) and the room was furnished well for travel needs (min fridge, extra qtips and cotton balls, iron with ironing board etc). The breakfast was delicious and filling. We went on a early morning adventure on our last day there and Maria was kind enough to pack us breakfast to go. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Good location. Plenty of parking and prompt responses to any quesitons

A great Inn. The owner and her staff were so friendly, kind and made sure we were taken care of. I loved our room, The Susan Loft. The breakfast service was top notch! Snacks, coffees and teas were available all day long. A very clan environment, and a very quiet street. We can't wait to go back again. A MUST to stay at, very romantic too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing! Breakfast was fresh, delicious and well balanced every morning. Location was a 5 minutes drive to all of the best places. The entire property was so cute and well kept, so were the rooms. Loved the garden room and how it was on the ground floor, such a nice room!! Absolutely would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Santa Barbara!! Also loved the cookies every evening, delicious.

Balcony room was so small. We could barely move. We expected queen bed, but bed was much smaller. Barely any space to move. Zero privacy from bathroom to bed space. Curtain rod fell on my 5 year olds head.

Not bad, but not a great value at $335 a night on weekends (small Queen room, with taxes). Pleasant, accommodating staff, a quiet location, nice breakfast. .

The staff on site is super friendly and breakfast was very nice. However, the room we stayed was not the best. It was clean but no sound proof in the room(as expected for old houses) we heard the neighbors’ construction sound from early morning. The bed frame was missing a headrest so couldn’t really sit on it comfortably to watch tv. Hardly any room to leave the bed as the bed is fitted to the small space without much gap in between the bed and the wall.
