I
started
going
to
Bartira
in
2019,
when
it
had
just
been
bought
by
the
São
Luiz
chain.
It
was
a
very
good
hospital,
I
had
stopped
being
assisted
at
Hospital
Brasil
through
the
agreement
and
so
I
started
going
to
Bartira.
Always
very
well
attended.
Both
for
consultations
and
exams.
But
I
confess
that
there
were
always
very
young
doctors
there
and
that
brings
a
little
inexperience
with
it.
Obviously,
everyone
deserves
their
chance
and
learning,
but
there
the
vast
majority
are
young,
it
is
difficult
for
you
to
be
served
by
someone
in
PS
who
has
more
experience
in
their
career.
So
I
bring
here
two
situations,
the
1st
in
January
2020
when
I
was
in
pain
in
the
lower
right
side
of
the
abdomen,
suspecting
appendicitis
and
I
was
seen
by
the
1st
doctor
who
was
changing
shifts.
She
in
the
greatest
arrogance
told
me
that
it
would
never
be
appendicitis,
because
if
it
were
I
would
not
be
walking
or
talking
normally
well.
She
asked
me
for
a
lot
of
kidney
exams
(I
spent
about
4
hours
in
the
hospital
until
then)
and
when
I
went
back
to
the
doctor
with
the
result,
another
wonderful
doctor,
brand
new,
doing
residency
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
not
so
confident,
she
took
the
right
attitude,
she
did
it.
palpation
of
the
region,
he
suspected
appendicitis
and
asked
for
the
right
exam.
The
result?
Appendicitis
started
and
I
needed
an
operation.
I
spent
the
whole
day
in
the
hospital.
2nd
event:
today
12/21/21
I
went
to
the
hospital
with
strong
flu
symptoms,
I
was
waiting
for
2
hours
ONLY
to
open
the
file
at
the
reception,
when
I
went
to
see
the
doctor
I
was
already
strongly
suspected
of
having
sinusitis,
as
I
have
a
history
and
by
the
medications
I
was
taking
did
not
bring
relief.
The
first
doctor
was
the
same
in
the
1st
report,
he
was
arrogant,
rejected
absolutely
everything
I
said,
he
barely
touched
me,
he
only
measured
my
pressure
with
the
machine
and
put
the
beating
control
on
his
finger
and
said
that
it
was
influenza
for
sure
and
that
he
was
treating
the
symptoms
I
would
be
fine.
When
I
asked
for
a
facial
x-ray
he
said
he
didn't
need
it
because
my
symptoms
were
clear
of
the
flu
and
that
sinusitis
has
other
things.
Still
I
snapped
and
said:
I'm
already
here,
why
not
do
it?
Annoyed,
not
wanting
to
let
go,
he
agreed
to
do
it.
She
medicated
me
in
the
vein
with
profenid
and
dipyrone,
which
didn't
even
tickle
my
symptoms,
and
then
I
was
referred
for
an
x-ray.
An
addendum:
the
nurse
is
also
super
insolent
and
mocking
with
my
request
to
put
in
the
vein
that
I
know
is
good.
Then
he
still
put
the
medicine
to
go
down
at
the
maximum
and
it
came
tearing
into
my
vein,
but
I
held
it
until
the
end
without
calling
anyone.
When
I
returned
with
the
doctor
(lucky
me)
I
came
back
with
another
one
who
was
super
attentive,
listened
to
me,
looked
at
my
throat,
ears
and
saw
that
my
x-ray
was
normal,
but
that
I
had
a
drip
in
the
throat,
characteristic
of
sinusitis.
Immediately,
he
ordered
me
to
suspend
everything
I
was
taking
and
applied
antibiotics,
anti-inflammatory
drugs,
analgesics
and
nasal
solution.
On
both
occasions,
the
first
doctors
were
terrible
in
the
care,
arrogant
and
arrogant
and
I
was
saved
by
the
returning
doctors.
I
dare
say
then
that
after
the
pandemic,
Bartira
dropped
too
much
in
its
quality
of
treatment
and
patient
care.
Where
have
you
ever
seen
waiting
2
hours
to
open
a
file
while
the
employees
chatted?
2h
being
exposed
to
covid
and
influenza
viruses
in
isolation
from
reception.
I
was
honestly
so
disappointed
today
and
I'm
moving
to
another
hospital.
I
no
longer
recommend
Bartira
to
anyone,
as
the
risk
of
misdiagnosis
IS
HUGE!
(Original)
Eu
comecei
a
ir
no
Bartira
em
2019,
quando
ele
havia
acabado
de
ter
sido
comprado
pela
rede
d
or
São
Luiz.
Era
um
hospital
muito
bom,
eu
tinha
parado
de
ser
atendida
no
hospital
Brasil
pelo
convenio
e
então
comecei
a
ir
no
Bartira.
Sempre
muito
bem
atendida.
Tanto
pra
consultas
quanto
pra
exames.
Mas
confesso
que
lá
sempre
tiveram
médicos
muito
jovens
e
isso
traz
um
pouco
de
inexperiência
consigo.
Obviamente
que
todos
merecem
ter
sua
chance
e
aprendizado,
mas
lá
a
grande
maioria
é
jovem,
é
difícil
você
ser
atendida
por
alguém
no
PS
que
tenha
mais
experiência
na
carreira.
Então
trago
aqui
duas
situações,
1ª
em
Janeiro
de
2020
quando
eu
estava
com
dor
na
lateral
inferior
direita
do
abdômen,
suspeitando
de
apendicite
e
fui
atendida
pela
1ª
médica
que
estava
trocando
de
plantão.
Ela
na
maior
arrogância
me
falou
que
nunca
que
seria
apendicite,
pois
se
fosse
eu
não
estaria
nem
andando
e
nem
conversando
normalmente
bem.
Me
pediu
um
monte
de
exames
de
rim
(fiquei
umas
4h
no
hospital
até
então)
e
quando
fui
voltar
na
médica
com
o
resultado,
outra
médica
maravilhosa,
novinha,
fazendo
residência
se
não
me
engano,
não
tão
confiante,
tomou
a
atitude
certa,
fez
o
apalpe
da
região,
suspeitou
de
apendicite
e
pediu
o
exame
certo.
O
resultado?
Início
de
apendicite
e
eu
precisei
ser
operada.
Passei
aquele
dia
todo
no
hospital.
2⁰
acontecimento:
hoje
21/12/21
fui
no
hospital
com
sintomas
fortes
de
gripe,
fiquei
2h
esperando
SOMENTE
pra
abrir
a
ficha
na
recepção,
na
hora
de
passar
com
o
médico
eu
já
estava
com
forte
suspeita
de
ser
sinusite,
por
ter
histórico
e
pelos
remédios
que
estava
tomando
nao
trazerem
alívio.
O
primeiro
médico
foi
igual
no
1⁰
relato,
foi
prepotente,
rebateu
absolutamente
tudo
o
que
falei,
mal
encostou
em
mim,
so
mediu
minha
pressão
com
a
maquina
e
colocou
o
controle
de
batimentos
no
dedo
e
falou
q
era
influenza
com
certeza
e
que
tratando
os
sintomas
eu
ficaria
bem.
Quando
eu
pedi
raio
x
facial
ele
falou
que
não
tinha
necessidade
pois
meus
sintomas
eram
claros
de
gripe
e
que
sinusite
dá
outras
coisas.
Ainda
assim
rebati
e
falei:
ja
estou
aqui,
porque
não
fazer?
Ele
contrariado,
não
querendo
dar
o
braço
a
torcer,
concordou
em
fazer.
Me
medicou
na
veia
com
profenid
e
dipirona,
que
não
fez
nem
coscegas
em
meus
sintomas,
e
depois
fui
encaminhada
pra
fazer
o
raio
x.
Um
adendo:
a
enfermeira
também
super
insolente
e
debochada
com
a
minha
solicitação
de
colocar
na
veia
que
sei
que
é
boa.
Depois
ainda
colocou
o
remédio
pra
descer
no
máximo
e
entrou
rasgando
na
minha
veia,
mas
aguentei
até
o
final
sem
chamar
ninguém.
Na
hora
do
retorno
com
o
medico
(pra
minha
sorte)
eu
voltei
com
outro
que
foi
super
atencioso,
meu
auscutou,
olhou
minha
garganta,
ouvidos
e
viu
que
meu
raio
x
estava
normal,
porém
que
eu
estava
com
gotejamento
na
garganta
característico
de
sinusite.
Imediatamente
mandou
eu
suspender
tudo
o
que
estava
tomando
e
passou
antibiótico,
anti-inflamatório,
analgésico
e
solução
nasal.
Nas
duas
ocasiões
os
primeiros
medicos
foram
pessimos
no
atendimento,
prepotentes
e
arrogantes
e
eu
fui
salva
pelos
médicos
dos
retornos.
Ouso
dizer
então
que
pós
pandemia,
o
Bartira
caiu
demais
na
sua
qualidade
de
tratamento
e
atendimento
ao
paciente.
Onde
já
se
viu
ficar
2h
esperando
pra
abrir
uma
ficha
enquanto
as
funcionárias
batiam
papo?
2h
sendo
exposta
aos
vírus
de
covid
e
influenza
no
isolamento
da
recepção.
Eu
sinceramente
me
decepcionei
demais
hoje
e
mudarei
de
hospital.
Nao
recomendo
mais
o
Bartira
a
ninguém,
pois
o
risco
de
diagnóstico
errado
É
ENORME!
