I've
stayed
in
this
hotel
a
couple
of
times
and
this
summer,
I
noticed
the
room
was
looking
a
little
run
down
from
a
broken
tall
lamp
that
was
sloppily
fixed
to
the
oldish
looking
bathroom.
Such
a
shame
because
I've
always
loved
this
hotel.
It's
always
looked
grand
and
luxurious
so
I
hope
management
will
do
something
to
ensure
the
well
maintenance
of
the
rooms.
I
spent
most
of
my
time
at
the
pool
and
I
have
to
say
this
-
don't
waste
your
money
on
the
cocktails
from
the
pool
bar.
My
mojito
was
terrible,
felt
like
the
person
doing
it
wasn't
well-trained
and
I
had
to
send
it
back.
Their
cocktails
start
from
140tl
or
so
and
unprofessionally
made
so
don't
even
bother.
Though
I
think
all
the
young
staff
at
the
main
pool
bar
could
have
been
more
service
oriented
and
polite,
I
have
to
say
overall
the
hotel
service
was
lovely
and
professional.
Shoutout
to
Emrullah
from
the
silence
pool
for
being
fantastically
amazing
in
his
job,
always
smiley
and
extremely
professional.
He
was
obviously
very
well-liked
by
the
guests
at
the
pool.
There
was
a
young
staff
(intern?)
by
the
name
of
Suat
who
worked
really
hard,
never
seen
him
taking
a
breath,
he
was
always
on
his
toes
and
making
sure
everything
at
the
pool
was
immaculate.
Great
job,
you
two!
I
hope
the
management
will
recognise
them
for
their
pristine
service!
The
desserts
were
not
that
great,
breakfast
selection
almost
similar
every
single
day
but
their
dinner
selection
was
AMAZING!
I
was
impressed
by
the
rich
variety
of
quality
food
every
single
evening!
It
was
the
highlight
of
my
stay,
to
be
honest.
I'll
be
returning
soon,
one
of
these
days
to
the
other
NG
hotel
so
see
you
soon,
NG!
