Pieces of heaven. Everything here starting from the welcoming staff , great location, forest, food ...etc . Complete the great experience chain. The only regret I have that we didn't plan to stay longer but definitely NG will be our next destination to spanca. Thank you very much for this beautiful resort and please keep the same level .

What a lovely place! You don’t need to go anywhere else when you stay there. Beside the usual five stars services, it surprises you with its various amenities. The walk in its gardens and forest gives you an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t count the number of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, they even have a women only pool, and silence pool! For a tennis player like me, the tennis courts was an awesome experience. The restaurant with its open buffet deserves another special thank.

It was a bad experience. Unhelpful staff and lacks the most basic elements of professionalism in guest service. Unable to handle their requirements properly. Slow services. The air conditioning in the rooms does not work at cold, and I asked them to fix it, but there was no response. The value paid is not equal to the service. It was the first and last experience for me, and I will warn everyone I know against staying in it, and I hope the concerned authorities will reconsider its classification as a five-star hotel.

The hotel is truly located in the heart of nature. The hotel's facilities are very clean. The rooms are very spacious and overlook a part of the forest upon which the hotel based in. The food is very high quality and everything is very delicious. The front line staff are highly cooperative and friendly, Muhammad (the Iraqi gentleman who can speak Arabic, Turkish and English very well) was very helpful throughout the whole trip and guided us to many good things to do inside and outside the hotel. overall, the staff are very friendly and I definitely recommend coming to this hotel.

After reservation and having an email confirmation they contacted us to inform us a change in reservation price. It is too bad to exploit the foreign tourist by setting a price for the Turkish and a higher price for the foreign tourist.. and it harms the reputation of tourism in Turkey. I advise to boycott such hotels.

Amazing hotel! It’s well managed, clean, well maintained. What makes it magical is the huge park surrounding the hotel. All you hear is birds chirping, and our kids had the time of their lives playing outside. Only recommendation I have: breakfast has only filtered coffee. For Turkish coffee, cappuccino etc the staff delivers after a guilt tripping speech about how there’s no coffee machine, but as an exception they will go out of their way to have coffee delivered from the bar. Sorry, but I expect guilt-trip free coffee for breakfast. Next is, the rooms were boiling hot and we found it hard to fall asleep. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend a trip here.

Nice experience in the hotel overall, great breakfast and dinner buffet, with excellent activities and facilities. My issues was mostly in booking, as I booked through a website called (Tatil Sepeti), which cancelled my booking for a reason (seems because we're not Turkish).. When the issue happened, unfortunately some desk members did not help us at all, however the customers relationships Sena was of a very big help as she supported us along with the duty manager to solve our problem. I hope the front desk is more cooperative with customers when asked for help, and truly thank Sena and the duty manager for their immense support.

Such an amazing hotel with everything you would expect from a vacation to relax. -Staff is so friendly, helpful, caring -The hotel is so well-designed and well-maintained. Rooms are very clean. -Food is so delicious and rich -There are many activities especially trekking in the forest inside the hotel zone… -Spa is perfect with the staff and comfort. (My fav is Mr Mehmet) We will definitely come again and again to this hotel. no need to try others until we get disappointed. Special thanks to GM Tezcan Ozdemir for his special welcoming arrangement in our room for us. and Chef Ramazan for the special treatment.

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and this summer, I noticed the room was looking a little run down from a broken tall lamp that was sloppily fixed to the oldish looking bathroom. Such a shame because I've always loved this hotel. It's always looked grand and luxurious so I hope management will do something to ensure the well maintenance of the rooms. I spent most of my time at the pool and I have to say this - don't waste your money on the cocktails from the pool bar. My mojito was terrible, felt like the person doing it wasn't well-trained and I had to send it back. Their cocktails start from 140tl or so and unprofessionally made so don't even bother. Though I think all the young staff at the main pool bar could have been more service oriented and polite, I have to say overall the hotel service was lovely and professional. Shoutout to Emrullah from the silence pool for being fantastically amazing in his job, always smiley and extremely professional. He was obviously very well-liked by the guests at the pool. There was a young staff (intern?) by the name of Suat who worked really hard, never seen him taking a breath, he was always on his toes and making sure everything at the pool was immaculate. Great job, you two! I hope the management will recognise them for their pristine service! The desserts were not that great, breakfast selection almost similar every single day but their dinner selection was AMAZING! I was impressed by the rich variety of quality food every single evening! It was the highlight of my stay, to be honest. I'll be returning soon, one of these days to the other NG hotel so see you soon, NG!

In the reception no respect for lines. They are not organized. Any guest would skip the lines the receptionist doesn't care or ask for order. Make sure to ask for housekeeping twice for servicing the room. Water only one free they will charge u for more without telling u!!!. The AC is bad . Thanks to Mohammed who ask about our staying in the Hotel. Lication is good and gardens. Dont even aske for late checkout.

Good place for a short getaway,to have some fresh air, enjoy nature and spoil yourself with a massage and a Turkish Bath experience. Not the best choice but when you compare price/performance it worths. Foods are not the best but have enough choices, fruit choice is very limited. Serving pancake without strawberry and banana reflects an incomplete service,eventhough when you request the answer is “no”. We stayed in junior suite and room size is good enough but bathtub is missing! Air condition was not working properly and i heard the same comment from my friends,sounds like a general issue.

Staying here was one if not the only best experiences me and my wife had since a while, and what made it so special is the great treatment by one of the staff there named Mohammad Fayyad, he was our helpful resource there for any issue to deal with, he always carried a big smile while dealing with our problem, I wish all the other members learn from his good attitude and experience. The facilities of this place are great and the idea of having access to the other hotel while staying in one of them is smart and makes the well to stay for longer days irresistible. definitely we are going back again some time to enjoy it more.

We chose this hotel as a relaxing getaway and it was the best choice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The walk in the woods within the hotel was such an adventure. The accommodations were wonderful and everyone was welcoming. We would definitely be visiting again, highly recommended 👍

The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas ! Yesterday evening we were taken care by Mehmet at supper in the big restaurant. We had a super experience, he was super friendly and saw all our needs (even if we didn`t see them at that moment yet); above standard service! Thanks ! Everybody does a great job over there. It`s kept super clean all the time. Everybody throughout the hotel is really friendly and always laughing and looking happy! You feel happy being around them. Housekeeping is very good, quick and some of them can speak English, which is a plus (for us). Guest relations was asking if they could do anything to help us feel welcome. The only thing we are missing here is a spot where you can sit outside in the sunshine (exept when the pools are open). Looking forward to our next stay !!

The hotel is perfect. The service was good enough. The breakfast fast was varied. The facility was spacious. There is one person called Mohammed, Iraqi person. He was very helpful. Be aware that some room's ACs in 1st floor do not work properly.

All is satisfactory and a good place to have fun and wellness with family. There is a thing to be prioritized asap regarding the floor of the pool where used together enjoy , you can easily see from the picture that there are some different material used floor tile that are too slippery and dangerous for the kids and all, I have eye witnessed yesterday 3 kids felt down and one of them hit the head to the floor very bad who is my son. This to be changed if possible today since this is so dangerous and nothing is important then the human life. I said the crew however it is neglected. Tomorrow is too late for this kind of works where we have near miss.

Spent some great time at the hotel. Most of the staff, if not all, were super friendly and quite helpful and assistive. The food was really good and quite diverse, surely you will find something to your taste. The resort is full of places and things to discover and try, the highlight was the SPA and the atmosphere in the whole place. Definitely would come again.

Müthiş bir otel. Magnificent! Especially the botanic park behind reaches until the mountain with 2 km trekking way.

Has become a meeting hotel for institutions, good for them, not so for families and individuals. Limited variety of food at moderate quality. Very good spacious rooms and beautiful gardens

Just beautiful 😍😍😍 I started to smile & my heart to dance from the first moment I entered the hotel lobby. I loved the place, and stayed in both hotels (NG Sapanca is more in the avantgarde style & NG Enjoy with the moderne, cool and designed style. Both Hotels are by the way connected through the garden) and enjoyed every second of my stay. I lOVED my rooms, the incredible big size (approx. 40 m2), also the XXL bed, extremely compfortable, and specially that they had placed in addition Waterbottels in the fridge (as a cold water drinker, what a nice gesture!) and all the nice decorations details, very cool and so stylish! And the amazing food 😊, so so so good! You can feel the legendary Turkish Hospitality in everything the do. Every single team member was nice, but the most outstanding one was for sure Edanur, from the guest relations! She was so nice and had time for a walking tour and showed me the hotel. I enjoyed every minute of it and it was a big pleasure to have a chat. Thank you for feeling me so special and priviliged. I will def. come back and will be one of your repeat guests 🙂. The place is nice for one day or so. Nothing much around it. The rooms are kinda small and very slow in making up. It doesn’t worth the money

The hotel is nice. But, it shouldn’t be considered as 5 star. Rooms hygiene And cleanliness is so bad. The hotel forces you to use heater only, there is no AC. The outside temperature is 18 not even so cold to use the heater. I tried many times with reception but they are saying it is winter time. If you open the window there is no grille, mosquitos will come inside because it is a forest.

to be honest without any blurry in my review, (IF YOU VISITED the HOTEL for single time, you will come back later indeed), it's just amazing, the CREW is SO friendly & so helpful, THE rooms is SO quite & the RESTURANTs offers meals that is 1.clean 2.divinely delicious 3.so suitable prices. the SPA is Incredibly clean & joyful. the beautiful landscapes that made me feel alive again, especially when hiking in pure nature. it deserves every #CENT I paid for. A first-class hotel with a great, clean territory and multiple amenities. There are 3pool areas for adults and a kids pool, rabbit houses, kids playground, basketball, volleyball and mini golf, outdoor restaurants, porcelain shop, beautiful inside and outside cafes. Ideal for families with children, who can spent the whole day wandering through trees and resting on banks. Personnel is attentive and professional. Wonderful nature around is a bonus.
