Poor rooms, strong bad smell in all furniture (dusty, old, dirty). Reception staff take long time for check in, can’t manage the numbers of Clint’s. Housekeeping staff are rude and not welcoming. The only thing I can consider it as a good thing to remember from this experience is the woman in ladies spa. She is very helpful, tried hard to translate every tiny details about services and facilities, and take care of us with beautiful smile.

The hotel was fantastic with friendly staff and delicious food. My only complaint is that the hotel offers a great spa, but it was extremely difficult to relax as unsupervised children were often running around shouting in the sauna and other relaxation rooms, and some adults who have no respect for others were watching tik tok at excessively loud volumes making it impossible for me to use the facilities as intended. Maybe a no phone policy should be introduced so people can use the spa facilities to their full potential.

We came after the new years and stayed for few days. Honestly one of the best holiday experience we have ever had. First of all the Hotel is excellent, the design, the space and entertainment possibilities. Everything was super high quality and clean, every corner smells amazing. Especially the spa service and the possibilities you can have there.. The staff members are so kind and caring helping with everything. The food, the service was over the top. I highly recommend it, super relaxing and fun experience. Definitely coming back again as soon as possible!

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the view is more than wonderful. And the buffet has everything in it, each dish with another distinct flavor. The pools are huge and fun, and the spa is so relaxing! The games area is so big and fun! One of the best hotels that I visited!

The view was amazing, the hotel decoration also incredible but if you had a noisy neighbor like what I experienced trust me you will never be able to sleep at all. Also the stuff will never smile to you at all, by that I’m talking about the reception and restaurant stuff, except the spa stuff they were very friendly.

I enjoy my stay. Nice place with many great entertainment options. Spa, 2nd floor game zone. At 3rd floor, Dinner was delicious. Special thanks to Mr. Umut for his hospitality and treatment. He was a lead-by example and pleasure to meet. Shisha was not that good. Also, the place is too cold at winter without heaters. They provide blankets. Overall, I recommend to try the hotel for sure.

We booked 3 rooms, they gave us rooms at the same floor as the restaurant, one of them is right nex to the buffet area and the balcony is facing a wall! Can't describe the noises, guests eating, a band playing music and the smell of food! Customer service is beyond bad, and the restaurant was not clean. Not recommended at all, don't waste your money. This is not what anyone would expect from a 5 stars hotel

Mert and Yaren, Yunus, Emre, and all staff were very nice, helping my Father who was on wheelchair to have an easy experience. We had a great time. They helped us with little bit later checkout and early check in. I recommend this establishment.

For the manager thank you for inviting us to have a great experience we r old customers of this hotel from before corona I was even coming to the gym for full year , the funny thing is we had spa day today booked massage and they said we have to pay on top of the massage separately entrance!!!!!! I mean wow I never seen anything like this in any country . Ps. We just arrived but we love this hotel since it’s the newest in our sapanca thanks . But as a regular customer we expected the normal friendly standards. I was planing to come back to the gym here but now I am reconsidering. Smiling staff in hospitality five stars is important. Excellent service,Nabila from guest relations was very friendly helped in going around. In reception Yaren, made our check in easy and helped a lot. Food was excellent, even the tea time is like having lunch.

The hotel was great overall. Our rooms included a balcony with an amazing view of the forest. It was very relaxing. The food was excellent. We loved the afternoon tea. The facilities were great too, the spa, the gym and the game room . We used the indoor swimming pools mainly, and the salt water lagoon was our favourite. We were not able to use the outdoor swimming pool because of the rain storms during our stay. The only problem we had was drinking water. We had to constantly call and ask for our daily portion of drinking water. We were confused.

The stay was very delightful, The staff were very helpful specially our help desk receptionist Yaren she was very kind and easy going. I would recommend the hotel and to add more I have tried their SPA services such as massage and body scrub and they were great.

Good place to visit very nice location pool and garden.. clean rooms and helpful staff.. the food however needs to be improved.. Breakfast is ok bakery is not good at all.. Lunch is good..sweets are the best part ..Generally speaking you need to improve the quality of the food to match the Five stars rating

If you can afford this place, it’s a great choice! The hotel facilities are great.. you can do many activities during your stay. My favourite part is the swimming pools, specifically, the outdoor swimming pool - it is special! The food and buffets are one of the best with the great choices they offer! Highly recommended!

The foods were fresh, delicious and well served. I learned the name of the Chef, Umut. Thank you Umut, to you and your wonderful team. Overall the facility was nice and Lagoon Pool was amazing, do not forget to swim at night, even better. Definitely will come back again.

It was a great getaway for our family. We have a 1 year old daughter, she liked the kids playroom and there were many options for her to eat as she is very picky. She also liked the outdoor space very much. The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. We also brought my daughter's soup with us, they even helped to heat this up and bring to us where we were chilling within the hotel. (Thank you Ms. Burcu) The spa looks great, we will try this out for next time. There is a walking path with the forest only that one is not so convenient with a baby stroller, maybe this could be improved. Overall a great stay with many options.

Everything was good except the struggling for the service in breakfast and dinner. I Guess there was a Conference or because of the weekend. But overall everything else was great.

We had a very nice time here, the pools, the spa and dinner were amazing. They have ATV adventure which was exciting. We also enjoyed the playing area, they have bolling, table tennis, billiard and board games. I recommend anyone go to Turkey to visit Sapanca and stay in Elite World Resort.

We enjoyed our stay however a paper towel in the bathroom would be very useful especially for the families wih kids like us. Also, the quality of the toilet papers were not good. We were so pleased with the stuff. Food was good in general however a little modifications would be fine.

Wonderful hotel with good size rooms. Wellness facilities are excellent. Spent half day at indoor adult pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath. The food was very good, we were very satisfied with the variety and quality. The service was spotless even during busy weekend dinners. Thanks to all the teams, F&B in particular. One recommendation: 9AM opening time for wellness is way too late for early checking out guests.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The staff is super friendly and there is always somebody around if you need anything, in spa area, restaurant and elsewhere. Basic room is spacious, clean and equipped with all necessities. In spa there is enough space for everyone. We loved our stay.

Superb service, clean and tye food is good. The price is relatively high. You can do ATV and relax at the heated outdoor pool. You can indulge yourself with different kinds of message and scrub(couple or single) the lake is a bit far from the hotel which is a good thing for me because I wanted some tranquility. Kids are welcomed here. You play bowling, some arcade games and small waterslids. Bottom line I recommend it if with your family, but for couples I would go to other places around the sapanca lake

Elite World Sapanca, It is a perfect hotel, We are enjoying it so much. There is a lot of fun, 5 swimming pools, a ladies pool, a water park and a great spa. It’s a magical place for family especially kids. All the hotel staff are very nice, Mr. KADER from gust relation was great gentleman. The rooms are just amazing with everything you need and very clean. The food (Breakfast and Diner) was excellent with a lot of choices. New hotel, spacious lobby, rooms, and spa. Nice facilities. Room is dark with little light. Buffet food quality is below average. Towels are not looking new. Overall it is good but not excellent.

This hotel is an amazing hotel with excellent rooms and nice views. The rooms are not huge but very clean and neat. The walk outside is very nice. There are many swimming pools including an indoor women only pool, an indoor adult pool, and an indoor mixed pool. There is also an outdoor pool, one that is 1.40 m, one for kids that is 0.48 m. There are also 3 slides that leads to a pool that is 1.30 m. There were many different facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, kids club, bowling, and a gaming arena. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Special thanks to Hasan for helping us alot during the breakfast. Dinner is also good with different options. Also thanks to Sara for helping us throughout our stay.
