I had to wait 1 HOUR for a previously arranged appointment with an internist. The excuse is that Dr. he did not come to work and that I will be examined by another Dr. he did explain the situation, but it was not said that I would have to wait that long (I could leave or postpone the examination). Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened in this polyclinic, the same happened with my wife a few months ago - we had to cancel the scheduled examination due to the too long wait for the scheduled examination. Very unprofessional and incorrect on the part of the Agram polyclinic, respect and attitude towards patients is at a very low level.
