Super friendly and helpful staff at this amazing hotel at a great location! Rooms were clean and in a great location. Plenty of parking options nearby. Breakfast was great with a decent amount of options. Coffee and small snacks are also available all day. Definitely recommend.

It is very close to the best cevapcici (ferhatovic) and the best burek (Bosna) and the best Turkish Tea & Bosnian Coffee (Aksaraj) . The owner of the hotel Niaz was very kind. Very helpful and clean establishment. We always started the day well, thanks to the complimentary snacks and coffee. Rooms are cleaned every day. It has a very central location. Friendly and kind hearted Amala helped us a lot. We're having a great time.

Very nice hotel in old town. The room was super. And the bed was amazing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We was a little bit for breakfast the first day, so they arranged for us to eat in our room.

I called this place home for 7 days, and it was the most lovely, charming hotel I could have chosen. The rooms are very clean, the staff are sincere and lovely, the internet is super fast and reliable. The decor is gorgeous. Best of all, I had a window which opened up over the streets of old sarajevo, and I could watch people walk by, and people eating delicious cevapi from the restaurant below. I could just people watch all day, while drinking my tea from the window ledge. On my last day, the owner even drove me to the bus station! Super generous hosts, and really made me feel at home :)

Nice small hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Baščaršija. Spacious comfortable and modern rooms. The staff is very helpful and happy to give advice or help with any problems. The staff welcomed us very warmly, we felt genuinely welcome. The hotel arrange us an airport shuttle on arrival (€15), which was ideal. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and enough to get the day started. Not a problem for us, but the hotel and the rooms are a bit noisy. If the guests respect the rules, there will be no issue.

They were always on hand, offering assistance and ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. It's important to note that as the hotel is located in the old town, hence there are no lifts available. Additionally, for those traveling by car, paid parking is available nearby, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance for a smoother arrival experience. *Some tips: Pack a overnight bag or a lighter luggage if you are able to store the bigger luggage in the car. While the rooms were clean, it requires some extra cleaning attention to maintain the highest standards . Nevertheless, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the unique character of the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the staff.
