For sure one of the best and nicest places to stay in Sarajevo. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a great ancient style (mix Colonial & Biedermeier). The rooms are pretty huge and perfectly clean. The staff, especially Dzenita and team are just too lovely and attentive, leaving no desire unfulfilled. It feels like kinda coming home. Also included is a rich and tasteful breakfast buffet and fresh omelettes. 100% recommending.

Wonderful small hotel with old-world charm and very friendly staff. Located far enough out of the Sarajevo city center that it is very quiet at night but close enough that most of downtown Sarajevo is accessible within 10-15 minutes on foot. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. First rate service all around!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Michele. The staff are so lovely - they cannot do enough to help you and are so pleasant. The location is central but quiet, in a safe area and within walking distance to the old town and other key sites of Sarajevo. Highly recommended!

Really interesting, close to town but in a quiet area a few minutes ' walk up the hill. A huge, stunning room decorated by someone with a real passion for antiques. The hotel is a gem, and the large spaces don't make it feel cluttered despite the sheer number of pieces on display. Very friendly service. If you park in the garage, make sure to request your car early, as it can be complicated to get it out.

Very pleasant staff. Helped w parking which was reserved for our van. Very short walk to old town so location is perfect. Clean and quiet. But ran out of hot water in our double room but family sweet did not. Stay here

Great place, excellent staff Decor out of this world real plush. Only let down no hot water as the heater in bathroom not upto job. Like warm at best. Plumbing also in need of some love and attention Would stay again without hesitation it is ideally located for the old town

This is a fantastic hotel with so much character. The breakfast was very good and it was no trouble to the staff when we requested additional choices. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely come back here and would certainly recommend it.

A grand hotel with ornate baroque furnishings, with some very large rooms. Very big breakfast with cold cuts and interesting cold vegetable preparations. Loved the stuffed pimientos with cream cheese 😋

You have to walk up a hill a bit to get there, but once you do it’s really worth it! Beautiful place, great staff, all around a pleasure.

They were still ramping up when we got there. Very nice staff.
