We were very lucky to arrive at hotel ruza more or less by accident. The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, air conditioned with a very clean bathroom. The hotel is next to Marriott which also seemed like a good area in general. The city centre is about 10min walking distance. We recommend this stay

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff, good rooms, good breakfast. Only missing thing is a car park. Be careful where you park, we parked at the shopping mall and paid 40KM for 20hrs.

Clean rooms Very informative Great breakfast (free) Stay away from Marriott next door.....very rude and denied us access to their rooftop bar because my travel buddy had shorts on. Listen up Marriott, you have no room to require a dress code. You are very similar to Motel 6. Lol. The staff at Ruza is top notch. We will only stay here when in Sarajevo. Plus they were half the price of Marriot. Shame on you Marriott..... And Bravo to Hotel Ruza

Nice hotel, really clean, good location and generally good value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Transfer service from airport and to bus station also very good quality.

Room was great, bathroom as well. Allthough the hotel claims they have a closed parking, they dont. They dont have a parking at all and we were sent on a public parking aprox 500m from a hotel that was closed at the time of arrival.

This is a Hotel for business people. It is very friendly for short stay. Great room design and cozy. Very clean, and staff is awesome. Breakfast is served...
