Hotel
Central
is
one
of
the
worst
hotels
I
have
ever
been
not
just
in
Sarajevo
but
in
my
travelling
life
(and
I
saw
a
plenty
of
them).
The
junior
suite
was
not
a
junior
suite,
partially
damaged
furniture
and
equipment,
mold
in
the
bathroom,
everywhere
spiders
and
their
spider
webs,
window
wasn't
openable
because
of
insects
and
on
top
of
that
they
don't
care
-
especially
in
times
of
Corona
-
about
the
satisfaction
of
their
guests
but
the
prices
are
more
than
European
standard.
After
asking
for
another
room
(also
lower
category)
the
receptionist
told
me
there
is
nothing
free
anymore
but
online
via
my
phone
I
saw
that
the
appartment
was
still
bookable
which
wasn't
offered
to
me.
Instead
of
that
she
had
the
naughtiness
to
hit
the
table
with
her
hand
and
said:
"Nobody
has
ever
complained
until
now
except
you
and
if
you
have
something
to
say
than
do
it
to
the
managing
director,
she
is
in
the
office
tomorrow
again
from
10
a.m."
The
managing
director
(if
you
can
call
her
the
same)
didn't
care
and
had
no
replacement
to
see
the
room
when
I
asked
for,
nobody
was
reachable
so
I
decided
to
check
out
earlier
and
waive
the
second
night.
The
hotel
portal
where
I
booked
the
room
didn't
even
publish
my
comment
with
photographies
because
the
hotel
refused.
Hotel
Central
is
not
a
hotel
and
the
people
working
there
are
more
than
unprofessional.
I
give
one
star
to
continue
with
the
publication
of
this
comment
but
even
this
is
to
much.
Don't
be
blinded
by
the
picture
on
the
Internet
and
their
Homepage,
they
are
glossed
over..I
even
made
a
video
of
the
room
I
had
but
unfortunately
the
volume
is
to
high
to
upload
it.
