Super clean, centrally located, very modern, and wonderfully friendly staff. The breakfast is not the greatest, but everything else makes up for that. I would 100% recommend Cosmopolit to anyone traveling to Sarajevo as I stayed there for a full week.

Perfect location - parking, bars, shopping mall, supermarket and a buregdzinica right at your doorstep. Short walking distance to SA’s main attractions. Simple and modern hotel with kind staff.

The location is great, service also. But room was very small.

No soap in the bathroom. Lazy finishings to the room itself. Suppose it works if you are only after a bed to sleep on. Otherwise, don't expect anything else if you are used to more accommodating hotels. Receptionist however was lovely and helpful where needed.

Nice place and has very polite staff. Everything was completely clean. But the bed in my apartment was over soft and the pillows too hard and big - I did not sleep well.

The hotel is very conveniently located. I really appreciated the divine kindness of the staff and the remarkable level of diligence with which you go about their tasks.

A room with 5 m more could be better

Very low level of service, receptionist uninterested, no soap in the room, breakfast not replenished... In general I'm not recommending this hotel!

Loose electrical wires, power cuts, broken lifts, dirty rooms, broken shower handles, faulty air conditioning... These are just some of the issues we had in the first two nights. For convenience of location, this room is useful. If you care about being somewhere nice, just keep looking!

Great hotel in a central location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Close to the shopping malls, local stores and restaurants. The single rooms are pretty small.

Great hotel in great part of town. Staff were super friendly and going beyond to accommodate guests. I would definitely come back here.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. AC didn't work well and staff did nothing to help. Water got cut off in the whole hotel and we had to leave but they still insisted to charge us even though they agreed we could check out early because of the terrible situation. And when we got upset because they changed their story they actually locked the doors on us and called police. Absolutely ridiculous. I have traveled to over 70 countries and I never had such a horrible experience as this. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Nice small hotel in city center. From this location you have 5 min walk to all sights in old Sarajevo. They also have parking in front.

Small rooms. Also, it was the very first time when I found nothing to eat for breakfast. For the coffee, they offered packs of 3 in 1

Excellent location, close to all attractions, BBI mall and old city. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Elevator is available (which is not the case in many hotels of Sarajevo). In-room A/C, refrigerator and safe box were operating flawlessly. Bathroom and shower were functioning perfectly. Sports channels available in lobby and room TVs which made it easy for me to follow Euro2021 matches. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay in this hotel every time I visit Sarajevo.
