Pleasant stay. Clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. The location is also great. It's 100m from Wilson's promenade and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Bad side is - if you have a room near the main Street (Zmaja od Bosne) it is quite noisy all the time. The trams are super loud and you DO hear them passing by even with windows closed.(really old trams) Anyhow, the offer is quite nice and accomodation prices are moderate. You also have a free parking space on a nearby (accross the road) parking lot.

The people at the hotel were nice. However for a 4 star hotel it didn't meet expectations. The window room didn't fully close, so we could hear the cars passing through all night, and the church in the morning. In the bathroom, there was a socket for a heat drying rack, but there was not drying rack nor a towel hanger. There wasnt even a place to put the toilet paper. The fridge made weird noises at night, so we had to unplug it. The switchers near the bed also didnt work.

Perfect and really good value with secure parking. Need to take a taxi into Sarajevo, but reasonable price means no problem. Nice room.
