Nice and interesting hostel. I have been there with a group of 8 people. Room was nice, well heated and clean. In the room you can find lockers with a key for every person. I would recommend staying in this hostel. Workers at this hostel are absolute legends.

This place was great. Worth the expense. The cleanest shared bathrooms i have ever encountered in a hostel (and I've visited hostels in 50 countries, which is quite telling). Educational wall art in each of the rooms. Breakfast included. Nice shared kitchen and lounge space. 24 hour front desk. Staff are incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. Prime location. Will be back next time I'm in Sarajevo. I'd recommend this place to all, including friends and family (even my 70 year old parents, its THAT awesome and welcoming). Sound proof rooms, none of the usual late night hostel rowdiness. Just fabulous.

The location could not be better, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mina! She went above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions during my short 3-night stay. The beds were comfortable and my room felt clean, but there were some minor issues with the lockers and kitchen (sink backed up) while I was there. Also don't be surprised if you get woken up by the clocktower at 6 am every day (not the hostel's fault but something to be aware of!).

I would very much recommend this place if you need a place to stay in the city. It's right in the centre of the city - fantastic location. The hostel itself has two desktop PCs, even a TV. The rooms are great and overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Staff are very helpful. The comfort of travelers is really considered. It has computers and a great cafe too. Prices are cheap and accommodation is comfortable. The breakfast is also quite nice. I was quite satisfied and this will be my preferred place in Sarajevo again. Thanks!

Great themed backpacker hostel. Amra and the staff had been very friendly and helpful. Free towels, typical hostel breakfast with unboiled eggs to prepare it yourself and treats like free fruits during the day. Comfortable bunk beds and clean bathrooms. Mostly opend minded solo travelers to chat with. The location is just perfect.

Cons: The rooms were ok, i had a bunk bed and it was difficult to climb that is my only complain about the room, and the breakfast part is kind misleading there are some raw eggs, bread butter, jams, and cereals not the best service, some improvement would be nice Pros: Nice and fast service, we came with no notice and simply ask for a room and got it, they use viber and whatsapp to chat if you need any help conclusion: for a low price of 26 mark per person, and being so close to the Sarajevo "Sacred Heart Cathedral", i cant give it a low mark, if not for somewhat difficult bunk bend and misleading "free breakfast" it would be 5/5, i think a 4/5 is a fair score for the price

Attention!! BEDBUGS 🤮🤮🤮 My friend from China stayed there since I recommended it, but It’s obviously way different comparing to 1y ago. My friend was in 6 bed dorm when one of the guests found BEDBUGS!!!!! owner don’t speak English well ( That lady used to work there when I was a guest and even then she seemed to be so rude) and became aggressive towards guests bc they found it. So dirty and unhygienic, sheets smelled like unwashed, no soap in the toilettes, fridge was so dirty and moldy. Entire place sucks. Too old, they need to improve everything, instead selling this disease better to invest and renovate this cave. They will charge you for laundry 20€ but all you will get is bedbugs and semi- washed clothes. We are disgusted. If we can rate 0 we would. I am so disappointed because last year when I was staying, staff was so nice and educated, and everything was clean ( but it needed-renovation back than as well) Advice: Better find some less frustrated English speaking staff and find a maid. Clean the dust and toilettes daily, and use disinfectant!!!

Amra, the owner and worker there has an incredible disposition to help you with whatever. That alone is the reason I give 5 stars. The place is also clean, they give you towels, has lockers, kitchen, computers and all well decorated. Something I didn't find, which I like in other hostals, is a bodywash dispenser in the shower. But just a detail really.

I stayed in the hostel for 3 nights, and it made my experience in the city AMAZING. The owners are excellent people, always everything is clean, and they offer you coffee and tea without an extra price. The location couldn’t be better, and is silent at night, so you can sleep perfectly. In my opinion, was one of the best hostels I had ever been, and the only problem it was that I didn’t stay more. For sure I recommend it if you want to enjoy the city as much as possible, to meet new people, or to chill out some days. Thank you very much! I hope to be there soon again!

Overall the hostel was okay. Good value for the price, especially in terms of location and the friendly employees. The rooms could be cleaner and overall it feels like it has seen it's best years. Spent two nights, but haven't seen any breakfast options in either of the kitchens (could no longer be applicable, but still visible in a lot of texts on websites). Note that the location on Maps is correct, it's just a bit unclear behind which door the hostel is as there's no big sign on the door.

Very centrally located. It's only 3-4 min walk away from Sebilj. Very close to practically almost every museum and other touristic areas. Shops and restaurants nearby. It's only like a minute away from the tram stop. It's actually so close to the tram stop that you hear the tram come and go every time. It's in a quiet area other than that but you hear the tram each time. Staff was very nice, they also give you a map of the area. Rooms were clean. Beds really need privacy curtains. Higher bunk bed is also very high, if you are a shorter person like me you will need to climb a bit to put your stuff on the bed. Beds were comfortable. AC didn't work. Floors were extremely noisy, they creaked all the time. There was no way to be silent with your movements. There were 2 side tables in the room which was great. Lockers are available, they give you a key for it. Some rooms have ensuite bathroom which is amazing. Staff came once to ask if everything was okay, I said the bathroom has been wet for 2 days and then they handled that immediately. Safety was an issue for me. The door to the building is closed and there is a passcode to enter where the dorms are located. However dorms themselves have no lock on them. Anyone can easily enter any dorm once you are past the passcode area. There are 2 kitchens. There is a microwave in the kitchen and other kitchen essentials. Fridge is a regular sized fridge. It's also not possible to pay with a card. You have to pay by cash.

A highly-recommend, impeccably located hostel that offers great value and service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and extending my stay, even last-minute and twice, was hassle-free. They are always available to assist, resolve any issues, and enhance your overall stay. An interesting crowd of visitors from all over the world, with a few locals as well once in a while. Not a party hostel, but it can be very social. I stayed there for 10 days and there were no issues. Many of Sarajevo's main attractions are within walking distance of the hostel, including a number of museums, mosques, churches, the synagogue, Baščaršija, City Hall... There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. One suggestion would be to add a bigger sign somewhere, as it isn't immediately clear where the hostel is. I had trouble finding it and circled the same streets for a while before I did. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms have pleasant lighting without being overly cramped. The cleaning lady does her work diligently. The kitchen is always clean and it's well-equipped. Tea and coffee are provided for no extra cost. Guests are often treated to complimentary snacks like wafers, pretzels, chips, and occasionally beer. The water pressure in the shower is great and there's always plenty of hot water. My only quip was that the bathrooms can be a problem sometimes with the wet floors after people shower and the lack of ventilation. While some responsibility lies with guests, I would suggest the hostel invest in a few dehumidifiers and provide rags or mops for each bathroom. These additions would enhance the overall experience and were the only extra things I would've appreciated during my stay.

Good hostel overall. It is located in the heart of Sarajevo, close to everything you need. The people at the reception were very helpful. It is not a very social hostel, as the main area to interact is the kitchen. There are two kitchens, one in each floor, so this divides the few travelers. The room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't and it was humid most of the time. In my room there was a rude Russian guy that seemed to be living there. He was not very friendly to anyone, creating a tense atmosphere.

Everything about this place was great - the location is quite literally right next to Baščaršija, and a 5 or so minute walk to a currency exchange. Place is clean, and staff are extremely personable. For the price it's exactly what you're looking for.

Hostel is in a great location. The rooms and facilities were a bit dirty. The female dorm room door isn't lockable however the door to the level is so it is somewhat secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful in person but not responsive to emails.

Very good place to stay! The best location you could imagine, spacious rooms with big beds and comfy mattresses. Free tea & coffee, hairdryers. The guys who work here give helpful advice on getting around the area.

For a hostel, that came highly recommended we were beyond disappointed and felt unsafe. On our final night, two thugs entered our room at 12am and dragged one of the other guests into the hallway. Screaming and a punch up ensued. which moved out onto the street, where we witnessed a man brutalised. The next morning we confronted the reception, who condoned this behaviour. Saying that due to the man's lack of language, this is the only way he would understand. The worst part was he was not kicked out, and later returned to the room, occupied by myself and my female friend. With no locks on our door, we feared anyone could come in. Additionally the room was filthy, it was clear the floors had not been cleaned in a while.

The rooms and decoration is fine since it is History themed, but the tv didnt work and the furniture is old...but it is cheap though.

The best place that I visited actually. You will be the center of Bascarsija, so location is very good. Also you will be very close to Human Crimes Museum and Sarajevo Cathedrals. They have a common kitchen and common fridge for our foods. Cleaning is perfect. Best reception that I ever met.

The staff here were very nice. There was a mix up with my booking but the fact that the staff are so professional and very warm in their interactions with customers I could only give 5 out of 5 stars. I would definitely go back

Very close to attractions, people working there were extremely helpful and gave good advices regarding restaurants and other services. As far as I'm aware rooms are cleaned daily, shower room is small but clean. Please bear in mind, no free breakfast is offered (no problem for me) (free tea and coffe) and payment is made in cash in local currency only.

The hostel was good and clean. employees are understanding and helpful. It is in the city center and very close to everywhere you go. There was everything for breakfast. With the rich breakfast selections here, you can prepare a nice breakfast for yourself. By the way, payment is made only in cash, if you have bosnian mark in advance, it would be nice. The only problem is the smell of something like mildew coming from the bathroom. Reminder: Unfortunately, most museums are closed due to Covid.

👍 Nice and cozy hostel with dedicated personal. Good to know: dorms on the second floor are all sort of connected (no walls up to the roof), so can be a bit loud, but still really nice though
