Zalosno je da vam pacijent od skoro 70 godina, ceka po 2 i vise sati iako dolazi na tacno zakazan termin iz grada udaljenog 70-80km. I kad odustane od cekanja i krene ka izlazu, zadnje sto trebate reci jeste:"Pa hajde vala, ne znam sta si i cekao do sada". Sramite se i zapamtite: "Mozes kako hoces ali ne i dokle hoces!" Zakazala sam sebi termin, pa eto usudite se meni tako reci. Predlazem nadleznima da u medicinske skole uvedu Bonton kao obavezan predmet, prije same anatomije, latinskog jezika, fiziologije, patologije itd. Jer roditelji ocito ne rade vise svoje. Cast izuzetcima! Svima preporucujem da ovu ustanovu zaobilaze U sirokom luku. Za svoje novce mozete birati i daleko vise i volje dobiti.

    Uzasna usluga, neljubazno osoblje. Dobijete kao termin pa se opet nacekate (cekala skoro sat vremena iako sam imala zakazano). Nista bolje od drzavne bolnice. Da ne spominjem da je misaona imenica da se neko javi na telefon.

    All praises, from the staff at the reception, to the med. nurses, laboratories, and of course Dr. Vesna Lozo. The day before, I received, on Viber, a confirmation of the appointment for my mother, at Eurofarm-Unitic, for Saturday morning. Since it was snowing all night, I was even invited to the mob. an hour before the scheduled time, to see if they could come because of the weather, because the side streets had not yet been cleared. Mother was admitted even before the scheduled time, because they saw that we were early. Examination, additional required laboratory, everything was tied. During that time, the other patients, children, everyone went where they needed to, at the appointed time. There was no one to wait, except me, who of course was waiting for my mother. Laboratory results arrived in an hour, two again on Viber and e-mail. Dr. Lozo has been "guiding" the mother since 2002. and her expertise and professionalism have remained at the highest level since day one. The price of examination, control, everything, compared to other private Polyclinics, is almost the smallest plus that there is the best team of "old" doctors, perhaps in terms of age, but not in spirit/knowledge, of proven doctors, who did not acquire their diplomas and knowledge through the "Bologna Diploma 180 /240ects points" .

    I've gone to a several private health institutions in Sarajevo, my personal experience has been that Eurofarm is the most professional and also there they treat you as a person unlike in other places where I've felt like i'm just their next task. Their phone is hard to reach though, and their covid testing seems to not be too careful about adhering to protocol. Would recommend them for everything they can do.

    Totally disrespectful of someoneā€™s time. People coming in with that old style ā€œoh I just need to see a doctor for one minuteā€ and that actually passes with dr. Hiros, while you waited half an hour pass appointment time. Some of the nurses do seem kind, otherwise one star is even too much.

    Rekao bih da je i jedna zvijezda previse. Ovo je zasnovano na nekoliko posjeta. Nepostovanje termina nije endemicno nego ocigledno standard. Ne znam zasto uopste imaju sistem za zakazivanje termina kada ga se uopste ne drze. Vrijednost svakog pregleda za njih je ocigledna, dok vrijeme pacijenata koji debelo placaju usluge nema nikakvu vrijednost.
