Great Courtyard, holding up the highest standards of the Marriott name. You'll find food here, an airport shuttle, and an amazing staff that will go out of their way to help you out. A special note, I had cut my finger earlier in the day and had run out of bandaids and the staff went out of their way to give me a few to make sure the rest of my travels went well. It may seem simple, but that above and beyond character makes an otherwise ordinary airport hotel stay a memorable travel experience. This hotel is well kept and has great views as well.

We stayed here our last night in Boston before an early flight. They have a shuttle to and from the airport that runs every 15-20 minutes. The rooms are nice and we had a great view of the water. We walked about 11 minutes to the train station which took us right into Boston by Quincy market with all the shops and food. It was only a 15 minute train ride and it was free that day so we didn’t even need a transit card. We got dinner and some pictures then came back to get an early night. Check in and check it was quick and we had no issues. Staff was friendly. In the morning we only waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle and he had us at our terminal with plenty of time to get our flight.

Overall the stay met expectations for a 3 star hotel with two exceptions; parking and check in. For point of reference - I hold Titanium status with Marriott Bonvoy. The choice at this property for check in gifts is points or a $10 F&B credit daily. On arriving at the hotel the lady at the desk told me that only points were available for folks who checked in online. I shared with her that this was not the case - and that the App clearly stated points or F&B credit - let the hotel know when you arrive. After some back and forth she agreed to give me the F&B credit (I think she preferred not to fill out the daily $10 credit form - it is a bit of an arduous task). I do want to share that outside of this one individual - the team at the hotel is excellent and accommodating - with rooms cleaned quickly daily. Parking: While the hotel offers parking for a fee, they also sell parking to Customers who are not hotel Guests as airport parking. While this in itself is no issue at all - it seems that they have no capacity control as for most of my stay at a given time there were maybe 5 to 7 spaces available. Tonight this got worse, I went to run an errand but chose not to do so as I could not find a single space available and found many situations of cars parked on the sidewalk / non-parking spaces. To the hotel this is very frustrating - I am paying for parking with inn and out privileges - and if I was to leave my space tonight I would return with nowhere to park. I know revenue is important but please reconsider how you manage this so that all Guests paying for parking have easy access to a safe and standard parking space. If it was not for the situation around parking I would return to the property.

This hotel… hmmmm I called them for 8:15PM Mr Joel said to wait @ door C110. Ok I got to door C110 and was left there until 9:30PM I had to make 7 calls back to the hotel for a shuttle after the driver drove pass me 5+ times not even coming in the C110 area for pick up. I was eventually picked up @ 9:30PM. Fast forward to hotel i spoke to the gentleman who checked me in & shared the horrible treatment by his shuttle driver who drove past me 5+ times who stated that he would discount the room to 90.00. Ok cool. I go up to room 533 sit down on little sofa to catch some TV watches tv for few mins and the remote batteries were dead. Employee delivered remote which I thought was great. Watched TV for about an hour and decided to take a shower only to walk in the bathroom and find woman hair long hair all on the floor and the sink as well as human waste in the toilet. I’m a man with a low hair cut & know that isn’t my hair and I know for dang sure the human waste wasn’t mine. I immediately contact my brother to come and scoop me up like bro I’m not staying in this disgusting establishment. Now if you just come in the lobby it’s look really nice but man the room bathroom was HELL! To put it nicely. My brother arrived at about 11:30PM and we exited the Hilda g leaving that disgusting place as it was! Then I look at my bill & they think they are gonna still charge me for a stay here. Ok well here’s the review as promised! This is the first time staying here and I will never frequent a Courtyard Marriott ever again.. especially this one!

Meets minimum requirements. Although listed as an airport hotel and still the closest Marriott property, it’s a couple of miles from the airport terminal. Don’t depend on the the the often overtaxed shuttle to the airport. It’s a $15 taxi ride and this is a much more reliable solution.

We'd describe this hotel location as adequate. The restaurant menu could use serious help - you're captive here if you don't have transportation, not much around, and to just serve burgers with no real choice is.... Aggravating. The front desk staff were casual to the point of being flip ("don't need the shuttle? Great, one less thing for me to do") The service in the restaurant was slow, and focused largely on drinks. The lobby is clean and the rooms was clean as well. But little things add up quickly. The fridge didn't work. On looking at it, I pulled it out to check the plug. There were frayed and corroded wires. The thermostat *acted* like it was setting... Something, but it never did turn on or off the hvac. You had to do that from the wall unit. Little things. We've stayed at a good number of Marriott and specifically courtyard, properties. To me, this was more akin to a high-traffic dorm. My partner described it as "adequate" and I think that sadly sums it up. To top it all off, they list the rates on the door, as is normal. We had a good laugh. They listed $999 as the base rate for the room. Yeah, OK.

I was not entirely impressed with this location simply due to how run down the room we stayed in was. My wife had a broken leg so we had an accessible room. The room was spacious but the bath was gross. Our tub was filled with water when we showed up and we told the staff on day one. It was never repaired even after multiple times telling them so we had to shower everyday in gross shower water up to our ankles. The rest of the room was just very basic, no frills room. The location is good as it right near the airport and everyone was friendly enough.

Older hotel, 1960s?, which has been refreshed in recent years. Rooms are a decent size. Bathrooms have a tub shower combo which I don't like. Much prefer walk in. Has a real restaurant rather than the typical Bistro. Burger and chicken club were really good and the French fries were excellent. Good shuttle service to the airport which is really close

Pretty close to the airport, the shuttle takes about ten minutes. The lobby is large and welcoming with a snack bar with items to take back to the room. The check in staff were great!! We had a meal at the restaurant. Meh. Next time I'll get the way less expensive option from the convenience snack station and eat in my room. In the morning, again the staff were delightful and the shuttle was readily available.

Called ahead of time to verify pool was available before we paid almost $400 for a room for the night and was told yes the pool was operational. After checking in and getting myself and my nine year old dressed to go swimming we go downstairs and all the manger, David Alves, where the pool was. The manger points us in the direction only to get there and be told the pool was closed due to maintenance. The manager, David, refused to give us a refund to go to another hotel and said he was not willing to even comp us anything. He got upset and snazzy with me when he found out I was videoing him so I could dispute the payment with my credit card company after catching him in a few lies. I wish i was able to post the video to show how shady this guy was! There were the other places near by with operating pools I could have changed to for well over half the price and I even showed him and he still wasn't even willing to comp me that! There were also other people at the desk complaining about hidden fees they were forced to pay when they arrived. Highly disappointed and very upset that my nine year old stood there in tears cause the pool was the only reason we chose here only to hear his father have to argue with the manager and point out his lies. We will never recommend nor stay here ourselves again. And I will find a way to post this video so our disappointment protects others from the same disappointments!

Don't forget to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure! I always stay at Courtyard by Marriott when I fly out of Boston. Friendly stay. The rooms are nice and clean. Brinkleys restaurant on property has good food and friendly service. I leave my vehicle on-site. There is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to and from the hotel to the airport. Very convenient.

We took our 10 year old to Boston for his birthday. Chose this hotel because they had a pool. The pool was closed the whole time we were there. The windows were nasty and the AC leaked all over our belongings. The buffet was not worth what they charged. They say we will get 100.00 back. We are still waiting. We have pictures if people want to see. Plus the bathroom door was broke. The staff was kind just the condition of the place for the money is not worth it by any means.

This is a very nice hotel and very clean. The rooms are fairly cramped, but normal for a hotel. Just be aware that you aren’t going to get a complimentary breakfast. I normally stay at hotels where this is a given. The food at the restaurant is great, but pricey. If you are wanting a free complimentary breakfast, you’ll have to look elsewhere. Other than that, this is a great place.

Extremely convenient airport hotel. Very busy with people coming and going at all hours. The staff is friendly and helpful with check in and questions. Parking here is difficult and there are cars everywhere. The shuttle is great and comes every 15 minutes. No organization to it so a 'line' will form, not everyone plays nice.

  • 5/5 Christine C. 1 year ago on Google
We only had a few hours in the hotel due to an extremely early departure in the morning. Really appreciated that they have a shuttle to and from the airport. Learned a little too late that the shuttle will also pick you up at the Airport Blue line. We walked the 20 minutes from the Orient stop to the hotel before we learned that trick. The staff was friendly, the shuttle drivers were helpful and the room was typical.

Stayed for a night prior to an early morning flight out of Logan. Easy to access airport and my room was excellent. Extremely well cleaned and I loved the shampoo at the hotel (not something I say often). Great stay!

I had the pleasure meeting Angela and Nick at the front desk when I arrived. The two were so welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. They helped with recommending restaurants and things to see in the area. It was also raining and I forgot my umbrella and they were so kind to lend me one. I give them 5 stars and would recommend this hotel.

Friendly shuttle driver, willing to take me to and from airport to catch the train into town, so he went above and beyond. Check-in staff wasn’t too friendly but I only interacted with them twice. Room was just OK, the couch was too small for a suite in my opinion. Enjoyed the view of the airport runway!

Dated. Room not clean. Hair all over the bathroom and I question if the bedsheets were actually changed. Toilet paper holder starting to dislodge from wall. Pricey considering. Check in woman was visibly upset when I pulled my card out of reader too early. They need more check in staff. Gentlemen in am nicer. Shuttle very convenient. Location is great if going to airport.

This is our go-to location whenever we’re headed out of town. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great size and beds are comfortable. The best part for us is the ability to park on site while we travel. Their shuttle gets you to the airport in 15 mins on a busy day and rates are cheaper than the parking at the airport!

Rooms could use updating but overall the hotel and service were great. Maybe a little better than the typical airport adjacent courtyard. There is nothing nearby to walk to but they do have a bar/grill in the lobby and the drinks we had were good. The staff was friendly as well.

The property is located near Boston Logan International Airport, but traveling in/around the area is a disaster. The staff was welcoming. My mobile check-in was confirmed hours ahead of time, but when I arrived I had to check-in again manually. The room was furnished as expected and was comfortable. Attempted to eat dinner at the on-site restaurant, but the kitchen was too busy and they refused to seat me despite nearly 25-30 open seats.

Room was nice and it was clean. Breakfast is available at the restaurant but it is very expensive. There is a shuttle that will take you to the train station anytime you want (24 hours), but when we needed a late night pickup, we waited about 45 minutes. The problem, for us, is the pillows. They are fat and hard, not at all comfortable. The whole point of a hotel is a place to sleep and this was difficult. After asking 3 different people, someone finally found us some different pillows that were still not great but better.

  • 1/5 Mike M. 6 months ago on Google
Rooms are decent. Problem is the shuttle: It seems they may have decreased number of drivers to save money and now wait times are routinely 45min. They'll tell you 15min but be prepared to wait much longer at hotel, airport, rental cars, and T station. And when you arrive at the hotel in a bus crammed full of people, be prepared to wait in a long line to check in.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Parked and Stayed before flying out of Logan. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Member there was a daily charge for parking on top of the room rate - however it was affordable ($15/night if room is purchased with points or $25/night if purchased cash or card, with the first day and last day of parking being free). The shuttle to the airport is frequent, clean, and the driver was helpful with baggage. It's nice to have a breakfast restaurant, dinner option, and bar all on site.

The staff made this excellent alone..... I was working for the weekend and we had the meeting room for two days.... it started off with a warm welcome by Nick and Angela at the desk who kept my bags, checked in early, and let me set up...Annette was help as well. The lunch served was wonderful and Chrissy was amazing and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. A really great job by this staff and the hotel was clean.

Toilets very loud but somehow weak. Can hear everyone on the floor flush. No microwave in room. King size bed we reserved was not king size. Refrigerator power was connected to light switch. So in order to have refrigerator on, the light needed to be kept on. No sign stating this. 1 of the 2 elevators still broken after many months. Rooms are clean but experience wasnt good.

Free parking! So Honestly if you are comfortable with riding the T you can get from this hotel to downtown Boston super fast. I believe 5 stops. The T is about 4 mins from the hotel by car. So if you are traveling and want to explore then you picked a good hotel. finding food In the area wasn’t hard. (I did not eat at the hotel ) The room I stayed was nice and the view was decent it felt clean I’m very picky with bathrooms and it looked clean and the water was super warm. Customer service id say when I first checked in the lady wasn’t to nice other than that it was okay. They serve good coffee in the lobby from 4:30-10:30 so that’s not bad and it’s good Coffee!

Shuttle service from Logan is quick and easy. Location is super close to airport and South Station for those traveling. The staff was nice, check-in was easy. There is no free breakfast in the morning. I arrived on NYE and the restaurant was out of a lot of foods, but that is to be expected on a holiday weekend. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower had really good hot water!

Pulled up to hotel noticed Immediately there was no parking. Cars parked on the grass, side streets basically making parking spots. Dropped my friend off to go check in. She came out informed me that we have to drive around and hope for a parking spot. It was a cold windy night. Found a spot. Got belongings into room. When entering noticed room had a odor. Took a minute to put things away noticed the dust and dirt, just overall yuk. Furniture was broken,tv wasn’t working had to call front desk they sent service guy up he was there quickly however we had got cable to work by playing with wires. The carpet was not clean would not walk barefoot. One reason we chose hotel was for the pool. We did make it down to pool I will say that was the only good thing about the hotel and evening. Unfortunately only bathroom to use was clogged with who knows what. Had to go to front desk to ask for beach towels. There was only 1 so they called cleaning woman she went and got towels. That took probably about 20 mins. Everything in hotel looked so dated and dirty. Fabric on chairs and couch in lobby need to be cleaned or burned. The staff were okay. Nothing special. All over bad experience would never ever stay there again.

Great place to stay if you need parking while you're gone. When I returned Christmas eve, my car battery was dead. But a very nice person on staff jumped started it for me. They also had turkey dinners for those of us on the road on a holiday since the restaurant was closed.

Left a very expensive item in the room. Called day of checkout, they said they would take care of it. I get back from my cruise, they have no clue what I am talking about. Resolution was "well of house keeping didn't record it. It wasn't there." When you are on the shuttle and go "s*** I left my gamer charging block!!" In the room. I called and was told it would be handled. There are two options: Your housekeeping staff is lazy and do not comply with COVID protocols. This allowed future guest to steal the supreme brick. Or one of housekeeping or hotel staff has the brick and is having a Merry Xmas.

Very clean hotel with a great location close to the T (train to get ya downtown) and close to the airport. Room was very clean as was all of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced food and drinks were offered in the hotel restaurant/ bar. Would definitely book again on my next stay in Boston.

FAST & EASY Check-ins. Jeff checked me in, gave me 2 keys and billed my room for 2 sodas, in about 60 seconds. No Joke. I was VERY pleased not to have to hang out at the desk, half asleep, while someone browsed around and clicked through screens. The Shuttle was also Fast and easy to use. I'd definitely leverage them for a fast, and very comfy place to sleep again. Generally, I don't like Boston, but loved their fast and friendly service!

The rooms are neat and clean, much better than many hotels that use COVID-19 as a reason to stop room service. I chose this hotel because I expected to see Logan Airport from the room, but it doesn't. The infrastructure is relatively complete, but the prices of goods in the supermarket are slightly more expensive. The tap water in the room appears to be drinkable. The sewer system in the shower is not satisfactory, the dirty water accumulated in the bathtub during the bath has already covered the feet.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Hallway had a smell. The room was clean. The towel ring fell off the wall. Excellent pressure in the shower. Now they only give free water to Ambassador level??? So no welcome gift! Only $10 for breakfast instead of points. Not much when a basic breakfast is $14 and coffee is $4. Service and food was questionable. Had to find someone to seat us. Eggs came out overcooked. The shuttle service was great!

We stayed very briefly overnight after arriving on a late flight. Used the app for check in and mobile key, so we didn't even have to stop at the desk on our way in. The room was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Had a small mini fridge that we didn't use. We stayed on the top floor, which was fun for my kids. The view is not that great since it's a fairly industrial area. We left the next morning and didn't get to try the restaurant or other amenities. Overall very happy with our experience.

Very convenient hotel with large conference rooms that was perfect for a work trip. The area is not very walkable which is to be expected as this is advertised as an airport hotel, however I was able to walk to some stores in the area as well as Constitution Beach. We had food catered in from the hotel / restaurant each day and the light breakfast options and variety of different lunch options over the week were all quite good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle runs to and from the airport about every 20 minutes so it is easy to get to and from without a car. I was impatient and took a Lyft from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and that was only about $15 or $20 if you're in a hurry. Rooms and showers st the Courtyard branded properties are always quite nice, clean, and spacious. One downside is that the Courtyard properties don't have a microwave in the room by default. I'm told you can request one but haven't ever tried. They do have a mini fridge in the rooms as well as ice makers and buckets for ice in the rooms but it's a bummer when you have the munchies at midnight and can't make a quick snack in your room. Bonus: there's a dispensary across the street and it is technically walkable to get there but you either have to go left down the sidewalk as you look at the dispensary from the hotel main door and cross at a very sketchy pedestrian crosswalk with no flashing lights and hope that some kind citizen let's you cross, or you have to walk about a quarter mile to the right until you come to an intersection, cross 2 streets and double back down the opposite sidewalk. Not that I'd go to a dispensary on a work trip...

For a $300+ room a night we weren’t very impressed. The shower head was too low. No Continental breakfast in the morning. And there wasn’t any coffee in the morning when we were leaving. There shuttle service was nice. They offer a shuttle every 20 minutes. To park there for an extended period of time was also reasonable.

  • 4/5 Larry S. 1 year ago on Google
They tried to update the rooms but it is still an older hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and it was nice. The main TV did not work and the closet door did not close. The check-in was hurried and we were not offered the $10 credit for meals at the restaurant. They still do and we had it changed later that evening. Beds were comfortable and climate control was good. Location convenient to the airport and they have a free shuttle. We would stay there again.

Short visit to Boston, it's clean with big rooms and ample parking. The front desk staff could use some customer service refresher training and the breakfast buffet should serve powder eggs if they are charging and instead include it in the stay. Coffee corner was decent.

  • 5/5 J B. 1 year ago on Google
The location is fantastic and offers all convenient things needed for the traveler...shuttle, restaurant/bar with decent food, across from Starbucks and close enough to the airport. Convenient check in and out and section just for boarding pass printouts.....like all courtyards by Marriott the rooms are nice and clean. Kiddo love the indoor pool and his bathtub for later.
