We were a gang of 8 people so we tried multiple flavours and I cannot tell you which one was best. Totally recommended!

Great gelato. It is made there fresh and has the best texture

Staff members are really nice !! In the afternoon, only one of us stopped by to have Gelato but he made both of us try different flavors. We both ended up getting two scoops. After dinner, we came back again and had Gelato again.

The best dark chocolate gelato in the city! The person is very welcoming and kindly introduce flavors in English to us (since there’s no English menu.) We got a medium for two flavors - dark chocolate and pistachio. Both were rich and dense, not overly sweet. Highly recommended!

My favourite gelateria! I'm a gelato fan and I always head here when in Florence. The gelatos are all amazing but the hazelnut one is easily the best I've ever had. So much flavour and clearly made with great quality ingredients. The owner is really friendly and helpful too. Close to the central market on a little side road, so not like some of the typical tourist places which have a huge choice, but poor quality. Try it!

NOT touristy garbage, which I’m noticing is a big problem navigating the cuisine of Florence. This is good quality gelato. The man behind the counter was kind, and he took procedures to get my gelato into a gluten free cone very safely. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and natural. Love it — going back tomorrow.

Even in winter an ice cream is always delicious from this shop. Outside three street lined banks to eat your ice cream and watch people pass by.

Excellent gelato place to try and grab a quick gelato. Many different flavours for such a reasonable price. Tried the raspberry gelato and it was very very fresh and tasty. Definitely should try this place if you’re in the area.

Delicious gelato - loved the dark chocolate and bacci - perfect texture and super creamy - gluten free too! My hubby had the lemon and cheesecake and said both were delicious

The gelato is amazing - sweet, but not too sweet, flavorful, and soft. The woman behind the counter was very kind. Highly recommend their dark chocolate flavor. €4 for a fairly large, 3 flavor cup, which is a fair price in this part of the city.

If you are looking for incomparably yummy, handmade, italian gelato with fresh fruits, all organic ingredients, located in a nice spot: THIS is your place to go. Just a true Florence gelateria. The Gelato is reasonably priced and always freshly made, flavours range from classics like hazelnut to more trendy ones like green tea matcha. As I heared, even other restaurant chefs order their gelato here and let the Gelatiere create special flavours for their menus!

Small little gelato shop with an interesting and delicious range of flavours! Wish I had found this shop earlier on in my holiday! Customer service was also great and the gentleman was friendly and offered his recommendations 😊 NOT a tourist trap like many of the other gelato shops!

Went by this gelato store at around Sunday the 29th at 8:45. My family of 5, which includes young teenagers, came in the shop to order. A young guy came back inside to take our order and while we were standing there we noticed he had really obscene music playing. Normally I would let this slide and just move on but since my young kids were there I told him he needed to cut that music off. He asked "why, it's not hurting anyone". I said " because there are kids in your shop". He repeated again , "no, it's not hurtinh anyone" I own a business myself so I thought I would let the owner know that this guy is hurting your business.

Must try the peanut and matcha. They are heavenly!! The coffee and mango were good too.

Delicious! A wide variety of flavors. A small, setup outside where you could enjoy your gelato and people watch. I got the lemon/strawberry gelato, sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance.

Gelato was pretty good. Missing a star just because the worker seemed annoyed (or disinterested?) with our presence.

the gelato was extremely sweet, to the point that everybody was dissatisfied with their icecreams. the cone didn’t taste good either. don’t get the matcha ice cream. there was hair in my ice cream, although they replaced it. overall cute place but very low quality ice cream.
